There are a lot of different opinions about TH in this forum. There are a lot of different opinions about KH in this forum. There are rules in place that are not being changed at this time. Kaine is a victim and Terri is being looked at very suspiciously. That's how we are looking at it. I'm not saying WS feels TH is guilty OR innocent.

Does that mean those who feel Terri is innocent or those who think she is guilty have to change their opinions? NO. Does that mean that whichever side of the fence you're on, you need to keep pushing your views on why you are right on someone who has already made up their mind? NO

I'm sorry if you feel it isn't fair that Kaine shouldn't be treated the same way as Terri. I guess one is an apple and one is an orange, I don't know what else to say about it. But the bickering and the badgering and the pulling and the pushing is not working for the mods and its not working for most of our members and if you don't want to lose your posting privileges then please knock it off.

Maybe it will help us if we theorize a little about what type of evidence would be presented by each side if this motion goes forward.

Any ideas? I'm still kind of really confused about this whole idea of what could be accomplished given the circumstances of the other abatement.

But what do you think each side will present to the judge?

It wasn't. It was in the RO contempt thingie, which Kaine dropped.

Sexting is off the table. So to speak. :)

ETA: Wait a minute. I'm gonna ask in the lawyer thread whether sexting is off the table since Kaine tossed the contempt thingie.

ETA 2: Here's my question in the lawyer thread on this, so if anyone wants to get to the answer quickly, it should be soon after this post:

Frankly I don't believe that anything is "off the table" when it comes to whether TH can visit Baby K. I presume that the MFH and the sexting emails were part of the original reason for the RO, not just the contempt charges.

The contempt charges may have been dropped, but the evidence is a fact.

A Judge can ask TH anything he likes in his courtroom if he feels it is relevant.

In answer to Grandmaj: Character witnesses for TH will try to persuade a Judge to overlook her other activities. I don't think that will work, and if anything might just bring up more questions.

truth is, you can be the biggest skanky ho in the world and still get custody, not just visitation. Without showing that baby was abused or might be, she will get visitation. Then everyone will wring their hands when she takes off with her to costa rica. The system is broken!

Pretty short and sweet motion. Looks more to me like Terri and/or Bunch just wants Kaine to pay some money to Bunch. JMO.

Really? please explain that, I see no reason to deduce that from what is happening.

1. Terri has requested Kaine pay her divorce attorney bills.
2. In the motion, Bunch requests Kaine pay the cost of the motion should he choose to contest it.

Either way, Bunch is looking to Kaine for payment.

revolting, isn't it? If she MUST continue to ask to be compensated by the victim :::hurl::: maybe she can *request* that her attorneys/ fee award be donated to one of the funds to help find Kryon

It is revolting. Only in America can a woman disappear her husband's only son, then expect him to pay for her attorneys.

Kind of like a man raping a woman, then expecting her to pay for his defense attorneys when she files charges. After all, he wouldn't need a lawyer if she just kept her mouth shut. So she should pay!

FOX 12 contacted Kaine Horman for his reaction to the new motion and he says, "We are actively working to settle the situation in such a way that protects Baby K and provides her with the best development moving forward.”

I wonder if she also expects Kaine to foot the bill for the "experts" she intends to bring in to testify, seeing as how she has no intentions to speak for herself at the hearing.

There's a sense of entitlement here. Miss Terri thinks she should get her Baby and not have to answer any questions about little stuff like hiring killers and disappearing another woman's baby. Oh, and make the grieving Father pay for it.

Somehow, to me, that is the kind of mindset, that sense of seeing the world through a lens where YOU alone matter...that is the very kind of mindset that can dispose of a living, breathing child who loves you...because he imposes himself on you. That can decide an unworthy husband's life should end...because hurting your feelings should be a "death penalty" crime...and she the one who hets to decide who dies.

I see this all being very true to form.

It has been my experience, as a legal secretary, that most of the so-called "entitlements" are nothing more than boiler-plate legaleese, commonly put into almost every document. This is "lawyer doings", not Terri's "entitlement".

My opinion only

If he objects to her experts, he can bring in (and pay) for some of his own.

Lawyers are "employees" of their clients. Our lawyer may suggest things but we decide what in fact he does in our name.

I hardly think a woman who appears in string bikinis in contests and takes photographs of her "body parts" to send out to new acquaintances (and something "similar" to OTHER employees of hers) is too shy and retiring to take an active role in what ANOTHER employee of hes does on her behalf.

He doesn't have to. I'm certain that he has the fortitude to speak for himself.

She's not looking to "get" her baby. She's asking for supervised visitation.

When one hires an attorney, whether in a string bikini or stark naked, one is relying on his expertise. It is just a fact of life that lawyers almost always add expenses to be paid by the other party to their legal docs.

But ultimately, the client decides how to proceed. The client does not hand over all decision-making to the attorney. The attorney suggests strategy; the client must approve or disapprove of said strategy.
