I'm glad to see that all the closed-mouthed secrecy in this case has led to finding Kyron. Hopefully, there IS a reason for so little information; if NOT, maybe the powers that be owe the citizens an explanation and/or a change in policy?

:cow: While I understand the "divorce proceeding" may not be "public" information ... it is quite evident to me that Kyron's disappearance is a MAJOR ISSUE in the divorce of KH and TH ...

I guess we don't even know for sure if this hearing had anything at all to do with the divorce though right? Especially because it looks like it was Houze and not Bunch unless they come as a pair to all proceedings now! :waitasec:

Lots of speculation going on as to whether this could even be related to the MFH. Could it be they may move forward on that charge since they are stalled on the disappearance of Ky?

No. At the time I wrote that, I thought it was a hearing in a courtroom. It wasn't, so that was my bad.

Can someone who knows fill me in? What happened to to the divorce hearing that was supposed to be held at the beginning of Jun (3rd?) Was it rescheduled again?

It was delayed on 3/30 for three months, so I am guessing it will happen on 6/30, or at least will be scheduled if not delayed again.

I'm getting ready for a very busy summer and probably won't have a whole lot of computer time. I'm so sad that it feels like we are at the cold case stage. My hope is that either some hiker finds poor Kyron during these next warm months or someone lets their guard down and makes a mistake. Watching some of the Anthony trial though, I fear small bones may never be found. :cry:

Before I sign off for the summer though, can anyone (Gwenabob...LOL) check the court calendar to see if any time has been blocked for the divorce at the end of this month?

I check regularly. The only thing it says is that there will be a meeting on the 30th of June to decide whether to continue the abatement. There does not seem to be a block of time set at this point. It seems rather informal which bothers me tremendously. I will continue to keep an eye on the docket.

I tend to agree with you, but can't help thinking that Kaine Horman deserves some peace of mind...and freedom from his "wife." Sigh...
