Judge is saying - If you think the policies of the OC jail...........there's a remedy called a suit for cruel and unusual punishment.............privacy or no privacy.........the judge is saying he is not in charge of those policies.

I just love his whining (not really). I think the SA is pretty much ready to go to trial (minus a few depos)...who does he think has stalled, stalled and repeatedly stalled this trial? Caylee has been dead for 2 years....and they are still arguing "oh, they aren't being nice". wah wah

I hope the judge pushes the trial up now that AL is off the case...it doesn't matter now that her daughter is graduating college.
