Mark my words again.........JB is gearing up to investigate letter writers and back door his way in to investigating anyone that has opined against his client.

I completely agree and suspect the same.
Though, what in your opinion, is the end goal he seeks to obtain by doing this?
Can't get a fair trial in Orlando? The writers and commenters are from all over the world.

He was saying how much tension was in the courtroom and it was mostly from Jose Baez and it wasn't returned from the prosecutors.

Did you catch where JB tried to throw LDB under the bus and say that she had only just told him...right before the hearing.......that the tips were ready? And she said......yes that's true.

It is his constant, petty tit for tat that takes him so low.

Why the heck are they still needing to investigate "tips"????? Oh I forgot........to look for the next bus victim errr I mean source of reasonable doubt.

I agree about George, he needs to get a divorce, tell the truth at the trial and try to make a new start. It is inevitable, imo that he must divorce. Somebody could wind up physically hurt in that house, and from what I have seen from Cindy, if it is her....she wont be going alone.

I agree. He needs to just file for divorce. And pronto.

Did you hear JB's response to LDB? He whiningly said, well the OCSO doesn't seem to reject Dr. Lee when they have him come to Orlando to train their people. Geesh! Jose is like a little kid who HAS to get the last word in!

Here is a perfect opportunity to explain to JB what heresay is!!!! Jose.....911 comment from Cindy saying she thinks car smells like a dead body......NOT heresay........telling the court that Dr. Lee was asked to train OCSO employees.....HERESAY! Any questions???????????????

What JB said was (paraphrased) "My client is innocent at this point in time, as I am sure the court is aware, giggle,..." My interpretation being she is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. (Also, my opinion only, just the way Baez said it makes me think he knows dang good and well she is guilty as sin of the crime she is accused of...)

When HHJP asked if there were issues of trust between counsels, LDB said she wouldn't comment on her personal feelings. LOL!

Last, but not least, I am a little unclear on what Baez was whining about regarding the "ten days". My understanding in the context of the hearing was HHJS had ruled the state had to turn over everything within 10 days after receiving it, but hearing the talking heads, it sounds like the state has to give the defense 10 days notice on discovery before allowing it to be released per sunshine laws. Anyone care to educate me? TIA

I thought once defense ask for it becomes public record, unless defense ask to view before public did.

I'm not sure on the time rule .... but Judge P said the bottom line is that if JB thinks the State violated some Rule, then he should file a Motion asking for Sanctions. JB admitted that he has not done that. IOW, don't just whine about it in court, for the CAMERAS/public.

Delay, delay, delay...JB is going to use these 5,000 pages, saying he has to investigate every person who wrote, and therefore, cannot make the time constrictions set in place by HHJP, so wants the trial start date to be pushed back....

ITA and from the BRIEF "catch as catch can" looks that I got at the screen, I thought the SA team was attempting to keep a poker face for most of the session EXCEPT when our CT "hero" was actually resurrected in effigy by JB. Good Lord, with a Captain like JB, the defense should be named the SS Titanic-Andrea Doria-Anthony or SS Aphtae epizooticae. His company motto should be malapropisms are us!

George should go to Casey's next hearing but he needs to sit on Caylees side of the courtroom. That is when eye contact made with his daughter would matter most.

If George were to ever be so bold *fingers crossed but I am not holding my breath just yet*, I hope his son would back him and Caylee up.

I wonder why JB was objecting to the expert witnesses being videotaped? Why doesn't he want us to see who they are? He had to list them, what is the problem with knowing what they look like. At least that is the impression I got when he stood up and requested that the witnesses not be video taped.

IIRC, didn't JB deny a gag order from the very beginning?? Nothing this man does makes any sense to me.

If I have learned anything at all from this case, it is NOT to get into trouble because with my luck, someone of his fine caliber would be my court-appointed attorney.
