Well that's a sobering thought Purple Iris, I hadn't considered the possibility of that. I'm certainly no expert in effects of incest on victims, but here's a start I guess... http://family.jrank.org/pages/847/Incest-Effects-on-Victims.html I tend not to believe the abuse allegations (basically because any story that helps Casey that she is the sole source for raises suspicions in me) but want to keep an open mind about it.

I always look for what is NOT said when Conway does a presser ....
He says that the defense will never be able to make George a suspect in this case .... but, Conway does NOT say that this is exactly what the defense is "trying" to do.
Conway says the defense will not be able to point the finger at George .... but that is exactly what they are working on doing. IMO

I'm not sure where they can go with any accusations against George. No way Casey will testify to any allegations. What will they do...put the paid shrink on the stand and get him to give a diagnosis? That seems pretty weak. Are they trying to explain Casey's post-kill behavior? Again, pretty weak without Casey's testimony. Is the jury supposed to accept this without hearing from the defendent? Well, I can see a whole host of folks who would testify that Casey was behaving perfectly normal under the circumstances (dissociation)...but again, I can't see that going anywhere without Casey's words to describe how she felt. JMO

BBM Dissociative disorder includes what used to be called Multiple Personality, which is supposedly caused by trauma. Dr. Gold is the Director of the Trauma Resolution Integration Program. "Integration" is the process used to put all parts of the personality together. As I said in the other thread, this guy seems to be the reason for the "keeping the visitor's log secret" motion.

So now we have a "Sybil" defense for KC. Jeez I just see the same old KC when she attends the hearings. Wonder when we get to meet her other personalities?

How are they going to pay for a lower mortgage payment when they have no income. Even if GA went back to work how could a bank approve a lower mortgage payment when the homeowner has no length to his employment history. I don't get it! Lenders are being so selective right now how on earth did these people manage to pull their home out of foreclosure. Perhaps, they have a book/movie deal contract that they presented to the bank.
