On the one hand, like the 911 calls I see this as an attempt to discredit GA's testimony on the smell of a dead body and GJ tetimony.

On the other, JB better hope that GA is on board and not push him too hard else it could all backfire and GA ends up sharing some more A family dirty secrets or the goods on KC.

CA has to keep GA on board and 'in the family' until after the trial else GA could turn and actually support Caylee.

Conflict of interests. GA needs to hire himself his own attorney and get his own representation and protection that does not defer blindly towards KC.

What's really urks me is these are the types of reports and statements that should have been investigated a long, long time ago by the defense and they're just doing it now? Makes me wonder how much of this investigating is really being done now, or was done way back when the reports were done and Jose is just now trying to get payment for his investigator ...
What I would like to see is a total cost breakdown of what actually HAS been paid for these types of investigation, expert investigation of evidence, etc prior to filing for indigent status ... it sure isn't looking like much ...

It seems now the FL taxpayers are footing the bill all of this type of "investigations" is being submitted for payment ... what on earth HAS been paid for by Ms Anthony and team Baez ?? Apparently only Jose's fees have been paid ... :furious:

Yes, his medical information would fall under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). And yeah totally agree about who would still be there, and if they were how credible would they be?

If the defence is going to accuse George of sexually abusing Casey, then they are certainly going to accuse Cindy of emotionally abusing her. I mean that accusation against Cindy has basis in fact, we all thought the same when we read the letters Cindy herself wrote to Casey in jail ~ and we've all seen Cindy in action. Wheels / Bus / Cindy ... I totally agree with you ecs5298!

I agree. Plus this allows KC to further punish CA while smiling and pretending to care for her family. The family is passive aggressive to the point of self destruction ... at KC's hands. KC is not done yet. She will keep everyone on board with an evil smile but take everyone with her as she does.

I believe that this "line of thinking" has been made more than evident by the defense team. Let's recall the most recent hearing where JB offered his "best efforts" to gain a statement

.....from Cindy that would corroborate that GA was the one to "plant in her mind" that the smell was a dead body.

From Lee that would corroborate that GA TOLD Cindy about the smell before the last 911 call.

From Cindy's co-worker...that would corroborate a timeline for odor identification.

You're so right...and I don't know if it's JB's way of examining witnesses or what...but he's just so transparent. He telegraphs the message. No, nothing subtle about 'ole JB.

His health records can be release by subpoena, except for psychiatric records which I believe are protected from discovery. One of our legal minds might be able to weigh in on that. But as far as his regular medical and hospital records all JB would have to do is subpoena them and they can be released.

I would just love, for once, for them not to show up for a hearing...none of them. Instead, let them go to some of Caylee's favorite places and simply reflect on memories of her.

KB interviews Bill Sheaffer on this subject, his comment is that they will ( and have) investigate anyone that might raise just a smidgeon of doubt with the Jury- Jesse Grund,Roy Kronk,George, knowing full well the investigation will lead nowhere. He made it sound like SOP.

That was my thinking too. Also remember GA 1st interviews with LE. Even at one time when they were talking about "the smell" they had to stop the interview because GA got sick in the hall after describing the smell. Just like GA said you never forget that smell. He knew what it was, but could not accept who it was. JB needs to discredit him really bad. Having him investigated is very low. IMO

The thing is...when it comes time to present their defense to a jury...it's just gonna fall flat. There's not one dynamic person on that defense team...no one to hammer their claims home. There's no LDB or JA who expertly weave their case. JB is just not experienced enough, CM is just plain nasty and old, and LKB is abrasive as all get out. It's just gonna sound like "junk lawyering" coming from them. JMHO

Every dysfunctional family needs a scapegoat and George has been cast in that role for many years from what I can tell, he's not about to change is he? I agree with you, he's just going to take it, then stand up for more. Sad.
