Well that's more like Casey anyway to be in the red...but interesting that Cindy hasn't kept putting enough in to keep Casey afloat either? I am familar with HIPPA, so I'm just gonna take Debbie P. word, because she has no reason to make this up in my book. Debbie P. must have seen KC drop Caylee off many times. I can certainly understand CA complaining to Debbie P. about KC. Many co-workers vent to one another about their personal lives, especially somebody like CA who likes "pity parties". JMO

Just to be clear, if the Medical Examiner had requested the records she would have gotten them, HIPAA or not. It's a federal law. I am certifed in this field and have worked in it for almost nine years. And HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Sorry it just drives me nuts when everyone types HIPPA.

And yeah people talk to their co-workers all the time about their personal lives, ITA.

Oh I found Debbie's testimony nothing but honest. And I don't doubt for one second that CA told her this. But I do not believe the event(s) actually happened. Just like CA stated to LE that legal papers had been drawn creating a document for CA and GA to have sole custody of Caylee should anything happen to ICA. Poof, they are lies just like everything else CA has said.

CA and her pity parties for one. Oh she sure enjoyed hosting those. CA loves to enjoy talking some "impressive" tall tales.

George deposited $150 in early June and Cindy deposited $115 in May. Technically it's been about 6 weeks not two months.

When I heard that the defense was investigating George Anthony..I wasn't surprised but going after a family member won't get Casey any votes on her side. I think that Lee would be the one in the family that helped Casey if she in fact had any help. I think its asbolutely insane that Casey would allow her attorney to investigate her own father and make accusations of sexual molestation when she KNOWS her father tried to commit suicide. Is that what she wants? How can you do that to a family member and loved one? Don't answer that..I know what she did to her daughter..but it really gets to me.
George seemed to angry at the hearing and I don't blame him for not showing up to the previous ones. I think maybe shes upset that she spoke the truth at the grand jury and felt like everyone did this to her. I think that George and Cindy aren't "together" anymore. I think Cindy won't mind putting the blame on George as long as Casey gets off.
Do you think George is going along with this to bring reasonable doubt to try to get Casey off? Do you think they all were in agreement and did this through text messages via Baez and Conway? I don't think George would go along with this and I think hes upset about the sexual abuse allegations but maybe George doesn't have any say. I think he was only at the hearing bc Cindy made him and whenever they are on a tv show talking publicly Cindy takes over and George doesn't want to be there and knows that Cindy is lying.
The defense should know that investigating George is a big problem for them. It will come out at trial all about Zanny the make believe Nanny and investigating George a few months prior to her murder trial when this started 2 years ago.

Orange County Corrections records show George Anthony, Casey’s father, deposited money into her jail account as recently as last month. He made two separate deposits in the amounts of $50 on June 3, and $100 on June 5. In recent weeks, George Anthony has stopped attending his daughter's court hearings.
Cindy Anthony deposited $115 into the account on May 11, according to the documents.
As of July 13, Anthony’s jail account had a balance of $5.

The order contains hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and cocoa butter as well as six ponytail holders and various food and drink items.

I believe he was putting money into her account once or twice a month. I believe it was usually $50.00 each time. I don't blame George if he isn't putting money in her account. Didn't she say that it came to her in a dream...his molesting her? I wouldn't do a thing for her. I see he isn't going to her hearings with the exception of the last on because Cindy and Lee had to testify. I could tell he did not want to be there. He looked very put upon.

I don't look for anything to be different when George testifys at the trial though. He wouldn't dare get on that stand and tell the truth unless him and Cindy are divorced or divorcing. I wish just one of those people would tell the truth for CAYLEE'S sake. Do they remember who she was? I really wonder.

LOL Took the words right out of my mouth. Atlanta PI! Never ever had a problem getting existing medical records based on HIPAA, EVER, when the RECORDS existed and the decedent's family, previous HCPs, friends or enemies were ACKNOWLEDGED to the LE and or the ME investigators. Now working with pathological, professional or peri-professional liars is an experience I[ve missed, THANKFULLY!

PS: even managed to get biological samples without HIPAA issues!

I don't know if he did or not, but I do find that some of the things he says and wrote to Casey very inappropriate, so I don't discount Casey accusations. That's not saying I believe her either however. I just don't know. I do have personal experience with this type of abuse, and to me - some of the things George said to Casey made my skin crawl. And I'll tell you this - if I had a child, male or female, they would NEVER be allowed to be alone around my abuser - EVER!

Some of the things that he wrote in letters to Casey were more like a person would write to a girlfriend. That bothered me too. Most men don't talk to their daughters like that. I don't know...maybe he was just trying to let her know how much he loves her and doesn't know that there are things that are appropriate and not. This family is very different.
