If you look at how the article is worded, it does look like one person called verbally, e.g., out the window or whatever, and another different person called on the cell phone.

Detectives learned that Spicher, who shares Terri Horman's passion for fitness and gardening, was doing gardening work for a Northwest Portland homeowner on June 4. She abruptly left the house about 11:30 a.m. and didn't return until an hour to 90 minutes later.

Another person working at the home called Spicher to come in for lunch, and the homeowner called Spicher on her cell phone but she wasn't reachable. Detectives have questioned both the homeowner and the other person who was working at the home that day.

Its not a coincidence that these two women are absent at the same time and cannot be accounted for the very day Kyron goes missing. Actually, its more suspicious then had they both had their phones on them and hit at all the same spots, they could have said they took the baby out for a walk on the island or something, and then Dede would have provided a alibi for Terri and vice versa.

I think they both have been instructed to keep quiet, in fact, it was probably first Terri and she passed it on to DD. IMO, this silence goes a long way to show that the MFH plot is valid (it may not have gotten very far, but it was in a stage that convinced LE that it was serious). TH & DD know enough to realize that they are in big trouble just because of that. TH's behavior during the pressers said to me that she was worried about Kyron, felt bad for Desiree, but also knew that she had said some very incriminating things to people that she might have known all that well. Just think about what conclusions we are coming to.

Oh, I agree - their attorneys have told them not to talk, and I think this video with DeDe's friends was an attempt to do some PR.

After the stuff about the MFH plot came out, there was no going back to playing totally innocent. The problem is, with DeDe moving in with her, it implies that maybe she knew about that scheme as well, and then with that Michael guy also coming around, it starts to look like some type of conspiracy - but that's getting off topic a little. I would just love to have been a fly on the wall during those ten days in that house.

It has been hashed out many times before on another thread, but according to sources - there is video/or some verification that TH signed into her gym @ 11:39. This is what everyone is so upset about - that she would bring her child to a dirty gym. Again, sources say that DDS left her place of employment @ 11:30. I don't see how they were "absent" at the same time, if you are commenting on the unverified data points we have.

Thats not what I said if you read it more carefully. I was saying how its odd that their missing at the same time, but I know now that Dede is missing when Terri is at the gym.

This is how serious mis-information gets passed and passed and passed. It is how rumors continue to walk and grow. One anonymous post in a newspaper does not make it so. Please understand the dangers of following rumors.

I don't think I have ever read she was gardening at a "friends" house. This is what I have read:

And to add to all the confusion, there was an article that stated she was working on June 4th for the person who owned the house or condo that she (DeDe) lived in...So was she working at the condo since her attorney has stated she never left home that day or was she working on her landlord's property since it has been stated DeDe was working in an area close to the Horman residence...My understanding is DeDe's condo is not located close to where the Horman's residence is located..JMO...

From what I've read, her condo didn't have a yard or anything. She was growing plants on her patio and looking for a "yard to share."

A reliable source told KGW that Spicher was doing gardening work not far from the Horman family home in northwest Portland on the day 7-year-old Kyron Horman disappeared. Spicher reportedly left where she was working at 11:15 a.m. on June 4 and returned around 1 p.m.

It just seems like if she was in pain or fussy, the gym is the last place she should be. And in all of TH's timeline, baby K's care was little to none, seemingly.

That's true too. Since we don't know what exact time Dede left, they could have met somewhere before the gym, briefly.

Also, please change baby K's name in the quoted post of mine that you have. I changed it in my original post, but I can't change it on your quote of my post. I hope that made sense. I accidently had her full name in there by mistake.

Other than baby K's presence in the daycare for approximately an hour, do we have any proof that TH was in the gym working out? Is it possible that TH gave the baby to Dede (either in the gym parking lot or some place else) and Dede checked in at the gym using TH's name and dropped the baby off in the daycare? I'm asking because that frees up another 45-60 minutes for TH that would be unaccounted for. I wonder if the daycare workers know TH enough that they would notice or remember if another woman dropped Baby K there.
