Yet again, someone brilliantly describes my exact reaction - that's what I felt but couldn't describe it so well. Good lord the things they came up with, which were based on absolutely nothing - or even worse, just imaginations running wild. Dead strippers, drug rings, private planes, kidnappings, etc!!

No intelligent adult would think they could surmise a family's dynamics as specifically as they seemed to think they could - so and so got mad, then went here, then did this, then did that, etc. I mean I really CANNOT believe these are adults thinking this way. What's that principle called - occam's razor?? Come on!!

This says almost everything you need to know about CA's relationship with KC, IMO. This is from Rick Plesea's interview;

“And the fact that you cover it up that she tried to steal from mom and dad.” And, and then Cindy goes, “Oh, she wrote, she only stole fifty bucks.” And I said, I wrote her back and I said, “No, no.” I said, “Mom told me it’s three hundred and fifty-four dollars from Dad’s account, that’s an account that couldn’t, couldn’t be got into.” And uh, I said, “You were called on it because Mom called and yelled at you and told you to do something with Casey.



She only stole 50 bucks with a bad check. :loser: How can you make an excuse for your kid stealing anything from an account dedicated to her grandfather's nursing home care? No wonder KC is as she is. :shakehead:

I'm sure that she just thought the police would believe her BS because everybody else had. :banghead:

One of the biggest "pot meet kettle" moments for me while reading those emails was when D Casey was trying to get Ginny to hurry up and print out her phone records (home and cell) to prove to the public that D Casey was in fact on the phone with her while searching in those woods. D Casey kept sending Luke emails asking him to hurry Ginny up because the media, etc were going after D Casey thinking that he was full of chit and was involved himself. Now Luke has the nerve to tell D Casey to please black out his own number and information (Lukes) because Luke didn't want his personal info out there for all kinds of strange folks to find and start calling him, etc. Now for months before this exchange happened what was Luke and D Casey doing? Going through and finding people that MAY have something to do with Caylee, finding their phone numbers, their addresses, their family members, anything they could find to somehow possibly pin this on someone other than Casey. Yea, that's the way the "professionals" do it.

Have we still not seen an interview from Helen (TES searcher)? There was mention of her in the emails and D Casey saying that she could confirm that Caylee was not in the woods where she was found during the time that TES was searching that area, that she must have been placed there later. I realize that this is coming from D Casey who wouldn't know the truth from a hole in the ground (apparently) but still would like to see her interview. I have done a search on our forum and couldn't find one.

I wondered if it was really "Joy".

It makes sense, SleuthyMama. I guess I just really can't wrap my head around FALSE accusations of sexual molestation....especially against your husband. Even if their marriage was a sham. I can't imagine doing that to your worst enemy. This man is the father of both of her children. I'm just thinking there has to be a line somewhere you refuse to cross.


The past 24 hours I have thought so many times about GA & CA getting re-baptized and recommitting their lives. It makes me feel physically sick.

Now we know what the "Investigative" depo was all about. Would these emails be considered "obstruction" since some of the tips were given to LE?????

This whole email thing totally screws any defense efforts to make an argument that Caylee was seen alive after she was "allegedly" killed by KC. Psychics, gut feelings and things that look normal and are therefore very suspicious won't cut it with brain carrying jurors. JMO

I cannot even imagine how LDB and JA demolished this guy during his investigative interview/depo. It even makes more sense now WHY JB really didn't add him to the defense witness list so that he could attend the depo. He darn sure did everything he could to STOP it, but he sure didn't WANT to be there. Oh my.... lol


We need to keep in mind that we have only been privy to the emails between DC, Luke and GL. I imagine there is more to come in re. Dominic Casey. He had to talk to someone other than Luke.


I would like to respectfully request that the SA and the media please give us 24 hrs. notice before releasing the depo transcript/video. I may need to make a run to the liquor store before that show begins. :angel:

No. Just submitting their crazy theories and ridiculous 'tips' aren't obstruction of justice. I can picture LE doing a lot of LMAO and rolling their eyes.


If CA really withheld a zip drive, I think that comes pretty darn close though, imo.

Why would you drink for that? I'd expect watching it will make me feel like I'm tripping out. Weird shadow people moving Caylee around from country to country, state to state, I swear it will be like an acid flashback. You'll get a free buzz just watching it. True, but what was he basing them on? Psychic intuition? Or is there absolute proof in the emails that he & DC conspired to mislead LE by providing the what they KNEW were false leads? I ask because though I read all the emails and I do recall references to Luke calling in 'tips', I can't remember exactly what he was calling in to tell them.

People call in crazy * 'tips' all the time. I remember reading about the one where the psychic nurse who swore she knew Caylee was in the lake and claimed she found 2 small bones that she swore were from a small child. She was aggravated because LE didn't send divers down and regretted not going in herself to retrieve 'Caylee' before she called LE.:crazy:

Well, they obviously were talking about giving false information to an officer of the court, making stories up as they were going along. Some people feel it was terrible to be feeding this information to the A's when it is quite possible it was the other way around. Maybe DC was getting his information elsewhere.......Can hardly wait to see his depo if it gets released. jmo

Oh, I totally agree. I think they were feeding each other all this BS. It was a very, very sick dynamic. The only difference is, I think decent human beings posing as private investigators have an ethical obligation not to exploit grieving grandparents by enabling the insanity.

It will be interesting to see. I wonder if the SA does have something critical on DC and offered him some sort of immunity. I just don't think it would be calling in these tips. He truly seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. If he is still in the Orlando area, I can't imagine that the media hasn't cornered him somewhere yet.

According to DC, "George, Cindy, and myself" decided which tips would be forwarded to LE.
