page 191--talk about who gave DC the info at suburban...CNN was told the Vincent sisters...that they had given this information to Ginny weeks prior before Ginny gave it to you...DC states on page 194--he's astounded that someone would receive credit for others efforts..

Seems to me, this was set up from GL to get HER 15 minutes of fame, even as it is the Vincent sisters who fed her this info about Suburban and ultimately where Caylee's remains were found...JMHO

Page 198 Ginny suggests to DC should he get any money from media interviews he should donate some to the "Luke Foundation"...Luke is very uneasy with this proposal and tells DC there is no Luke Foundation and not likely to have any in the future..Luke could not accept any money from you if you do get a media contract. I think you know that anyway but wanted to get your thoughts on it..I do think you owe me a beer though!

Seagull, I don't discount legitimate psychics (no, that is not an oxymoron in my opinon) and I openly expressed that a couple of days ago in my post here. However, these people are concocting stories...completely making up scenarios to try to create a defense theory in the name of reasonable doubt. It is a complete travesty and I wish every single one of them could be held criminally liable. Their actions have done absolutely nothing BUT destroy more lives.

I ran across the abridged version WFTV posted (only 14 pdf pages) of some of the more outrageous stories they concocted. I bet both Luke & DC need therapy for all the muscles they pulled while stretching so hard.

And here I thought that good character traits for a PI to have would be LOGICAL THINKING and ANALYSIS so they can arrive at a sound conclusion but I believe in this case CREATIVE THINKING took over and there was no balance.

Also, by September 2008 things had obviously gone downhill between DC and Baez to the point that DC wanted Luke's help to come up with a wild story to sell to Geraldo and "nail them both" as DC wrote and Luke referred to Baez as "dipsh#t"

With all due respect and please let no one take offense but I have been reading all the discovery that has been released so far and I do not see anything, anything there that points to anyone other than KC. Plus defense has been asked numerous times to contribute and we have seen nothing from them and SA's discovery is pointing to KC. What was "leaked" to the media about Kronk is garbage. We all have duct tape and many of us keep it in our cars, in particular MEN. They know how to fix engine thingys when they go kerplunk. So to say a man has a history with duct tape is way toooo generic. Who do you think buys that stuff????? And in particular someone who has a job which involves water. Face it, duct tape works and has multi-purposes.

All we have from the defense side is a statement KC gave to police about the Nanny taking the baby and a slew of lies, very little truth. Why do people lie....answer is simple, to hide the truth? The clock is running on the defense's release of discovery. We are all waiting to be proved wrong. If they had it, we would have seen it by day two. It just is not there. jmo

I wonder if James Hoover had any inside knowledge as to how DC REALLY came to search the woods on Suburban.. I am 100% sure the 'Ginny told me' version is a lie. I hope he spilled the beans on DC and we will hear more. I have always suspected Lee and/or Cindy knew and approximate location ie: those woods, and told him. I also think he had ill-intentions upon finding the remains.. ie: planting evidence, moving the body? I really think he and CA had a thing for each other. CA likely manipulated him.

Casey's friends and Kronk WERE investigated, Seagull. Extensively. There is absolutely NOTHING remotely tying them to caylee's murder. ZERO. As for her friends going to puerto rico for a vacation. That's it. They're young 20-somethings who'd been working hard, (unlike casey) going to school (unlike casey) and saved their money (unlike casey, who stole money) for many months to take a trip. Big whoopee. Happens all the time. They're normal.

And who gives a rip if there are drugs at fusian? There are drugs everywhere. Simple. It's a stretch to start thinking about the mafia and underground drug rings and kidnapping caylee for casey's silence, and planting random bodies in cars. That's not realistic in light of the evidence or logic; that's a movie plot. Period.

I'm sorry you feel insulted by people pointing it out, but the simple fact is it IS ridiculous to see wild conspiracies in such mundane things that have already been investigated thoroughly. Ignoring the realities of the evidence and casey's actions to the point where one abandons all logic and reason is doing caylee's memory a disservice, as far as I'm concerned.

Did you see something in the emails that piqued your interest in re. that particular meet 'n greet?

I remember that Michelle Bart was the one who arranged that little meet 'n greet and I was surprised not to see her mentioned in any of these recently released emails. She was in the picture in a very big way around that time.

Beach, like I stated in my post, I'm talking about what I'd read so far. I haven't read this one yet. Looks like Ginny and DC joking about feeding Baez false info because they think he's just a media hound trying to profit by selling an interview to Geraldo.

Do you know if they ever made any actual accusations of any of this? I'm not aware of any such accusations being made formally. Seems like we would have heard about it. But who knows?

I mean if I were them I would never even joke about such a thing in case my email was taken out of context or got in the wrong hands, but they might not have been thinking of their emails going public at the time, might have just thought this was between them? And it looks like at the time they suspected something like that might have happened, maybe due to the rumors of drugs, the unidentified stain, etc. I'm not aware of them going public with any accusation to this effect, but I could have missed it.

Dominic Casey was not just joking about feeding Baez false information, he actually did it. There is an email stating that on p. 21133 here http://www.wftv.com/pdf/24527395/detail.html

At the time he did this, Sept. 22, 2008, he was still under contract with Baez. Baez had every right to know what Dom was working on and to receive that information. Instead of meeting that obligation Dom chose to play games and give a false story to the very person that hired him to get that information. To me, this is not only unprofessional and unethical, but I would guess it's a violation that could result in the loss of his PI license.

I'm getting all mixed up with information overload. Can anyone remind me how all these people got connected to begin with? And at what point were the Anthonys (more specifically Cindy) aware that DC was working largely from psychic tips? Do we know any of these answers from the DC emails? tia.
