Cindy mentions where they will be a year from now after the trial, she says they may be living in another state and that Casey will be with them and actively involved in the foundation.
Maybe Cindy thinks she will be moving to Hollywood?

DIdn't BC just say after their house was saved from foreclosure that they were relieved; that they never wanted to move from the house where Cayle "grew up"?? Or someone said it...I remember because the "grew up" part was so ridiculous.

Why did NBC bother flying them up to NYC when over 90% of the interview was done right in the Anthony's dining room?

Because that was part of there not being paid "for the interview" (they were probably paid for house use and photos) . You know free stay in nice hotel, free Broadway tickets, free sightseeing, free food in 4 star restaurants. All part of free NY vacation, no payment for interview - none at all, they will swear to it.

*coughBOTOXcough*

Well. I guess completely, utterly, TOTALLY coo-coo sums up CA's "opinions" - (read ridiculous rantings.)

deep sigh.

Why do I do this to myself?!? Should never 'a watched it...

But whoever said that she is not broken YET has hit the nail on the head. She doesnt look anything CLOSE to a person in the deep, horrific stages of denial with underlying grief. Not yet. I think we will see that near the end of the trial.

Does anyone else feel the need for a hot, cleansing shower (and a margarita or 10) after watching them? I sure do.

ICA will be helping with the foundation, what parent in their right mind would have her involved. What C&G dont understand is if ICA was to be let out today their are millions of people that will always believe she did it. Her future is over no matter what the outcome. Helping with the foundation..PLEASE.

In the interview with Kerry Sanders in their home, did anyone else notice the constant rocking back and forth of Cindy? I noticed it at about the 20 min mark and it caught my attention. She would stop rocking if she was talking..but as soon as George or Kerry would speak..the rocking began again. Now, I am not a professional in any kind of way in the psych field, but isn't the rocking a sign of something psychological?

A year from now they will be living wherever the prison is that ICA is sent to. ;)

If you notice at the beginning of the video they say they are not being paid for this interview BUT they did not say they were not being paid for use of their home, pictures, etc. There was an exchange of money of some form or they would not be doing the interview. I guess their cash flow had stopped coming in so it was interview time. If they believe Caylee is alive then why are they not out there looking for her instead of taking their time to do interviews.

BTW, this is the first closeup I have seen of Cindy in a while, I agree with other WS posters who think she has had some work done.

Did you notice when they were talking about her beliefs that Caylee could still be alive she almost spouted her usual "We need to find her" mantra? She said, "We need..." then changed her mind it seems.

I typically just lurk around and read all your great observations, but I just can't help myself.. I was only able to make it through the Kerry Sanders interview - as much as I like Meredith, she is way, way too easy on the Anthony's and usually asks nothing of any relevance. At least Kerry went there with a few things - like the molestation allegations and the Roy Kronk situation.

I have to say that I thought George handled himself well. It was good to hear him say out loud that he was angry when he read the letters accusing him of molesting his daughter. It didn't last long before I'm sure Cindy squeezed his knee and he started back peddling about how Casey must have just been trying to console the other inmate and probably didn't mean that she was actually molested. :banghead:

Now, if George adamantly denies the molestation, will that kill the defenses chance of using that as a defense. If he is denying it, then the defense would have to go above and beyond to prove it happened - which would mean Casey would have to sit there and say it happened in front of George and Lee. Interested to see how that plays out.

Cindy is still Cindy - closing her ears to all things rational and questioning forensic evidence based on her own delusions. I would feel sorry for her if she didn't keep putting herself out there, ranting about this and that and making herself look like a bigger fool.

And so then, where is Caylee? If she is alive - who has her? If she is dead - who killed her? Are the kidnappers/murderers on the set of the Today Show? Does Meredith have her? What are these people thinking??

Sorry for the long rant - but this interview infuriates me. Stay home, close your mouths and mourn the loss of your grand daughter, for the love of God! My :twocents: only!

I'm thinking there was some creative financing involved in thier little docu-draaaaaaama. fresh off the forclosure block, new furniture, no seeming worry about their next meal, oh yes somehow some dubloons crossed Cindy and George's palms. Maybe not "payment for interview" but there was a check cut and this was a payoff. Perhaps paying to tape there? something's not copacetic in Anthony land and someone paid for their mortgage and spiffy new livingroom set.

pretty sneaky Cindy.....especially since she has those pesky attacks when someone invades her personal space, makes you wonder why she invited cameras and interviewers into her personal space..

When she started saying she didn't believe Caylee was dead I found myself checking the date of the video.. surely this had to be prior to when her remains were found and confirmed via dna?!? holy cow that woman has issues.

"some things just don't make sense to me" Umm.. wow.

Cindy looks really good in this video IMO. She looks younger or something. I would expect to see a toll from all the stress and heartache of the past 2 years, but she looks wrinkle and worry free!

What really gets me about Cindy still proclaiming that she doesn't think Casey is guilty of murdering her child is if this is true why has Casey not told the whole story yet? Why, if she is innocent, is she still not talking? Before Caylee was found Cindy said KC lied about everything to protect Caylee, to keep Caylee from being hurt by whoever had her. So for the past 1 year and 8 months it was no longer neccessary, why has KC still not revealed anything that would support her claim of she wasn't talking in order to protect Caylee. I'd like Cindy to be asked about this.

I noticed, too. Even tan. I would think the stress would age I know it does me in. And this is what I call stress!
I think she has moved into a zone where Caylee is still alive, Casey is falsely accused and she needs to prove it. We would need a psychologist to tell us what is going on. And.....GA did not seem enraged at Casey accusing him and Lee of molesting her, just says it was some "mix up" in the letter and Casey was trying to help that girl!

The rocking back and forth is means of comforting ones self. It is seen alot with anxiety and depression.

Nums24 has posted Hal Boedeker's column in Todays News - I think it is her third post.

Caylee Anthony: George, Cindy visit ‘Today’ for a nothing interview

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/ent...witcher=mobile

<snipped>

Vieira asked if Cindy is saying there’s a cover-up or is it too painful to believe the child is dead. “I don’t know,” Cindy said. “A lot of stuff just doesn’t make sense to me.”

.

Vieira asked Cindy about her 911 call that set the case in motion two years ago. “I was hysterical,” Cindy said. “I don’t know why I said what I said.”

Cindy added that she never thought there was a dead body in the car, even though that’s what she said in the 911 call. “Knowing what I know now, I probably would have never even have made that statement,” Cindy told Vieira.

For the sake of your own sanity, please don't be put off by the blurb above that comes with it - read his comments. Thank you Nums24 :blowkiss:

Give it up Cindy - you are boring everyone, and no one is buying one word you're saying! The media will invite you on their show - but here's a hint. They don't care one iota if you spout rubbish and make a fool of yourself again.

Oh wow, I didn't realize the 53 minute video was only the web, I thought you guys were reading much more into the two minutes on TV this morning than I could see. I look forward to watching that video, just as soon as I get back from the county fair this afternoon.

On the licensing fees, I did think it was interesting that this morning on the Today show, the clip they showed in the Anthony home - it was the first time I'd really seen video of Casey's room. We've all seen the house tour of Caylee's room, but I don't recall ever seeing Cindy on Casey's bed swooning over stuffed animals before. Maybe it's just new to me, but maybe it's new to everyone. First time in Casey's room = $$$.

Thank You for posting a link for us.

I can't believe how nothing has changed with Cindy or George. They still want to know what really happened to Caylee like she is still missing, and everything is still a mystery. BUT if somehow Caylee is dead then Casey could've "seen" the accident or bad people that caused it. They want to know what happened to Caylee - yeah, right. They aren't going to go away, are they?

"Do I think it is really bizarre the way George asks himself a question and then answers it? Yes, completely" :)

George doesn't like or want to answer the interviewers questions so, he asks himself the questions he wants to answer or discuss. He essentially conducts his own interview with himself and has done this from very early on. He completely disassociates from the interviewer.

things like: (not from real interview, just for examples)

"Would I like I like them to look a bit deeper? Yes, I would, for sure"
"Did I answer all the questions? Yes, I did"
"Will I search the earth for that little girl? Yes, I will, absolutely"
"Would I like to have KC home? Yes, I would, of course"
"Do I believe others could be involved? Yes, I do, you bet"

Poor George, he is not a very good fibber. He is very transparent, you can see deception in his facial expressions and hear it in his language patterns. It must just make CA angrier than all get out, being the master planner of the charade.. (ok George, two squeezes of the thumb means, don't go there!, a stroke of the palm means...!) Ugggh!

“I don’t know,” Cindy said. “A lot of stuff just doesn’t make sense to me.”

Cindy's voice shook and she stumbled when answering almost every question.
She turned red every time she defended her daughter.
I don't believe she's in denial.
Like she said, if ICA could do it, I could do it because we're cut from the same fabric.
You sure are.

And her comment about bloggers having no joy in their lives-
I don't see any joy in her and GA's life now or anytime in the future.
Talk about a bleak existence. They are and will be living it. There will be no escape from it.

I really have to say this. Cindy believes Caylee is still alive? WHOSE remains were used for cremation/memorial??? Some stranger? This is ridiculous! JMO

ETA~ WHY aren't these questions asked by the media in these interviews???
