I am surprised that aren't more people publicly protesting this case, especially Floridians who are footing the bill.

I do not physically anger. I haven't been in a fight since I was 5 years old but man this defense has me physically angry. The wake of damaged innocents is just sickening. There is almost no chance of KC being found innocent and yet they are willing to hurt anyone in an effort to make that 1% chance happen. They've now damaged the abilities of future missing children due to their disgusting behavior.

GA knew she was dead but CA wanted to use TES for her own little story and not the real story. Thanks CA, I hope that every missing child that TES looks for in the future weighs heavily on your mind. I hope you think about how many volunteers didn't come because of your outrageous behavior.

The A's, IIRC, claim to be born again. The problem is if you go back to the same deplorable lifestyle after being born again it doesn't help. IMO, it probably angers God more. So CA if you truly want forgiveness then confess your sins and stop doing the same sins over and over. I fear it's too late for you with all of the damage you've allowed to happen, but your best chance is to come clean publicly about what you've done wrong and actively working to correct the damage you've caused to sooooo many innocents. God already knows everything and you're insulting him by doing what you've been doing.

Clareece grabs their other friend, the crotchety Shirley McClane, "Weezie", and tells the greiving mother to "Punch her - Go ahead and just punch ole Weezer. The whole county would love ya for it". {okay, not word for one but pretty close}

I say, for me, if I ever had the chance to take that punch, I truely believe that I would do so also ~!

Baptized goes alot more than what CA is doing. She is not born again. She uses that to garner a sympathetic look. I almost barfed when I read her letter to ICA, where she said, she's not afraid of dying, that she, ICA and Caylee will be together in Heaven? Not by God's standard she won't. You need to be remorseful, never to do whatever it was you're asking forgiveness for. Not ask for fogiveness and go back to your evil ways?

This woman is a hipocrit, plain and simple. She is the pot who calls that kettle black, same with Baez. She's one big contradition. She talks out of both sides of her mouth. Caylee's alive..Casey had to have had a traumatic event for her to harm Caylee or witnessed something. Caylee's alive, but others are involved in her death..can she take one stance and stick with it?? Someone should write that book on the contrary words of Cynthia Marie Anthony...how narcisistic is that, She, Casey and Caylee all have the same initials and middle name...CMA....UNREAL I'm betting she's been a head case all her life. Poor Shirley/Alex Plesea and the brothers that had to be raised with her...JMHO

I wonder if the SWAT TEAMS that Cindy claims she has seen the last couple of times haven't in fact been for THEIR and the defense's protection?

Casey is brought to court, drove into an underground parking garage and taken into court without anyone seeing her period in a seperate, designated area reserved for prisionors, to my knowledge.

If there was a way to see her, we would have by now.

To me one of the most powerful statements in the interview was Tim's response to this from the reporter "so I take it you have quite a bit of animosity towards this family." Tim says "Do you know what? I can sympathize with them to a certain extent. They didn't choose this, but they're choosing their own grief right now." (about the 10:35 mark in the video)

To me this just says so much. It says what so many of us struggle with, our sympathy for the loss of their grandchild, but our disgust with their subsequent behavior. Tim Miller is a person who know about loss and grief. He lost his teenage daughter to a murderer and he has since helped to search for hundreds of people, adults as well as children, found alive and dead. He has known the loss, grief, sadness, hope, relief and joy of so many loved ones. So when he says the Anthonys are the coldest family in America, I believe him.

Do you think jail time would help get the truth out of CA, or would she be just as stubborn as KC is? Man I would love to see that - God hear my prayer.

It's easy to decifer when an honest man is speaking the truth as I feel TM is and always has done. In lieu of what he has said I wish the authorities would create a family cell. It might be a first but it might be the only way to get the truth out of any of them. No joke - a family cell with an around the clock camera - like a glass cell. IIRC, LA said the only thing that would make KC come clean was the fear of God. Evidently that doesn't work with CA and it appears he was wrong about KC too.

It's mind-boggling to think that in the short space of 24 hours the Anthony defense team has gone into meltdown...............

On Monday, Brad Conway resigned because the defense filed a motion earlier this month that contains untrue allegations involving him, and that makes him a witness to an inaccurate legal pleading filed in court. Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, filed that motion in which he made false allegations about Brad Conway's dealings with Texas EquaSearch.

On Monday, Jose Baez and Cheney Mason held a press conference, in which they appear to cast blame on Texas EquaSearch and the prosecution claiming they were denied access to records. This was clearly an attempt to garner sympathy for the defense from the future jury pool. Baez and Mason are openly lying to the public by misrepresenting what's happened!

On Monday, Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquaSearch gave an interview in which he states he'll never go to Florida again, and further states that the Anthonys are the most cold-blooded people he's ever met.

I have the utmost respect for Tim Miller! He's dedicated to helping families of missing people find their loved one. I've seen his efforts in other cases, and he's got an excellent success rate. But, over and above success is Tim's compassion for people. For Tim to say that the Anthonys are the most cold-blooded people he's ever met...............says a lot!

I don't blame Tim for being very angry with the Anthonys and with the underhanded tactics of the defense team. He's been terribly abused by them.

The Anthonys and Jose Baez have done nothing but incite the public's anger from the very beginning, with their lies and greed. Baez and the Anthonys are cut from the same cloth.......both with an eye to making financial profit from the death of a child. Baez should be sanctioned for his unethical tactics, and the Anthonys should be charged for tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.

What I would wish for is the local Florida media outlets affiliated with the Houston one (channel 39) would run this interview in all of Florida. Now that would really open peoples eyes and especially for the folks in Florida who volunteered with TES. To know that Tim is attempting to protect them from JB.

Yes one of the ways the Anthonys abuse people is with threats to withhold "exclusives" and interviews. Anything they can use will become a weapon to use against people to try to control them.
