My stupid outdated work system would not let me see the video at work. Now I'm home and the video seems to have been removed? Does someone have a link that works for this? I'm dying to see it!

It's still working for me (using Chrome). Maybe clear your cache, reboot and try again? My stupid outdated work system would not let me see the video at work. Now I'm home and the video seems to have been removed? Does someone have a link that works for this? I'm dying to see it!

All I get is a "plug-in error, not connected to a live feed" from the Wesh link. I had this issue with them the other day and prior times. It's just Wesh videos that have an issue for me.
It is very very very brief. Just a quick scan from NeJame over to Mason and Baez and they record NeJame saying that .... they do not publish what Baez said to him first though...which I think is an unfair slant by WESH in favor of the Defense....
It's Google's web browser. I like Firefox myself.
That is AWESOME!!!!! The thanks button just wasn't enough!!!
Thanks! Me too...
OK, I have not had the time (or is it the stomach?) to watch the entire hearing so I am only going on the snippet that WESH has up which doesn't provide a great deal of context about what led up to MN's comments about JB... but I LOVE LOVE LOVE that he directed them to CM! Can't even articulate all the nuances of disdain for JB that this implies.
Well, there's also 'rising above it', just because JB
likes the slop doesn't mean MN needs to get dirty too. moo
He's human - angora. There were one too many accusatory statements on JB's part that MN was tired of taking the hits on and turning the other cheek for. Trying to handle things diplomatically and with integrity hasn't proven to be constructive if all the public is hearing is one sided. IMO, for MN, "enough was enough" and it showed.
I noticed that Mark Nejame made his statement very firmly, but without a lot of anger and didn't even raise his voice.
I think Mark Nejame stated what needed to be stated and I applaud him for doing so!
The report mentions the animosity between the parties - Jose Baez who's representing Casey Anthony, and Mark Nejame who's representing Tim Miller and TES.
There's no doubt in my mind who created the animosity. How many times has Jose Baez made a motion to the court that he's been denied access to TES records only to be told that the records are awaiting him........all he has to do is get his rear end down to Nejame's office and look at them. Jose Baez is creating a problem where none exists.
I have to wonder if Jose's real goal is unfettered access to the TES records so he can tamper with them? IIRC, just recently Jose did spend some time with the records, but complained about having a guard in the room.
I think Mark Nejame recognizes that he's dealing with an unscrupulous attorney and is being wise to make sure there's no way Jose could tamper with them.
Tim Miller and TES have a good attorney!
I agree.
It was also so unprofessional for him to say derogatory things about the Anthonys after leaving them. Not to mention TO the Anthonys themselves. I was shocked at the insensitive things he said to Cindy Anthony in that letter that was released, what lawyer would do that, especially to a grieving person. He should have just taken the high road.
Also very strange for him to represent TES after first representing the Anthonys, imo.
If he had a real complaint about JB there would be appropriate channels for it, this isn't the way. Maybe he should take some R&R. And it would be totally understandable, the stress of the media pressure etc in this case must be considerable.
