Listen carefully to what Geraldo says and note Brad does not correct him. He was sent there with very specific information, graphics and maps. Remember Cindy telling LE in her home that she sent someone there in November and there was nothing there.

I'm feeling that a LOT of people have had enough of Baez and Mason and their antics. HHJP thoroughly schooled them yesterday. MN make his remarks yesterday. People are getting tired of them and the Anthonys. They are a big bunch of ignorant bullies, and it's about time people stood up to them. I am so TIRED of seeing them trash other people's lives to try and save Casey and then NO ONE is supposed to respond back? They cannot continue to do this and NOT expect retribution in some form. I am tired of everyone being quiet and dancing around them. It's ridiculous. It's time SOMEBODY said something back to them. If they can't take it, well tough tooties. That's life. They are LUCKY it's just in verbal form at the moment. I'm sure the hottest fires in hell are waiting for all of them on the other side.

I'm with HHJP - stop the antics, do your job and stay away from the media! WHY IS THIS SO HARD FOR THEM TO DO? WHY? Why keep making this case such a freaking circus and keep dragging it out? It's getting to the point where I may have to step away a bit more than I have already. I just can't keep watching these bumbling idiots do what they want and not have any serious sanctions for it. Or these grandparents keep trying to use the "grieving grandparent" card on every show stupid enough to have them on. And they KEEP GETTING TO GO ON SHOWS! This is a mockery of our justice system, a great big stinking mockery. And I'm sick of it.

My GOD, either GET on with having your damn day in court Casey, or get that plea and shut this whole thing down once and for all.

With all due respect, Seagull....how much can a person take? MN has an impeccable reputation that CA was smearing. He was very nice to her, never said anything derrogatory, until he had the answer that nonsencial ranting email. How could he not? She told outright lies about how he got BC to convince them to sign that conflict of interest waiver, basically calling it a conspiracy. He was only responding to her outrageous lies. She purposely bypassed BC which is why MN sent it to BC, who when saw those words, no doubt had a pow wow with CA and resigned. MN when representing the Anthony's was always trying to calm the storm. He gave many excuses to CA's abhorrant behaviors/words she spewed! He knew and does know now, who is responsible for Caylee's demise but these people have no problems implicating innocent people and he can't stand by and allow it to happen.

Seems Baez wants to be able to talk smack but no one should say a word to him???

Baez wants the media away from reporting on his client, yet, he tips them off???

I would love to see a bar complaint filed on Baez for his outrageous lies and maybe taken off this case and replaced. This way there is no room for appellate appeals or ICA has an incompetant attorney appeal...JMHO

OT: As I was watching TruTV, across the banner at the bottom of the screen I noticed, ICA paid or will be paying $111,954? Does anyone know what that's about???

In light of MC's quote about a plea now for life versus a circus that results in life, do you think it's possible he joined the team not to ensure his client got off, but to ensure she was convicted with decent representation that couldn't be appealed?

I was shocked at the insensitive things he said to Cindy Anthony in that letter that was released, what lawyer would do that, especially to a grieving person. He should have just taken the high road.

If he had a real complaint about JB there would be appropriate channels for it, this isn't the way. Maybe he should take some R&R. And it would be totally understandable, the stress of the media pressure etc in this case must be considerable.

Don't get me wrong here Seagull, I am not knocking NeJame in any
way. I think he's a stellar attorney and he has always acted appropriately. I certainly agree with what he called JB, I just didn't like the fact that it was done in a courtroom in front of the media.

While it is nice to think that MN could just respond to these continued attacks on his honesty and reputation in private, please remember that his living depends on people (prospective clients, jurists, other members of the court) believing him to be honest and trustworthy. I believe since JB has repeatedly brought MN's integrity into question MN had a right to respond publicly. Had he not, JB's public statements would be the only side heard.

Baez has done little but lie, repeatedly in open court, in motions, to the media, etc. Makes NO sense to be upset with Nejame given the proportion of BS that the defense has been pulling. This was during a scheduling hearing too, MN said it to his face and said exactly why he made that claim.

JB was out of order making his accusation once again in front of MN and associates. He knew it would cause a reaction and knew WESH was there to report on it.

Agree- plus it is not unprofessional to speak the truth- whether it's about the Anthonys or Baez. Too bad the truth is always derogatory when it comes to them.
