Now discussing entomological items that JB wants further testing on. Also JB wants DNA tested further, JA says his condition is that he wants a certified lab to be used for the testing. Defense wants to send it to Netherlands??? SA objects to sending it there.
Folks, sorry, little confusing.
JP says they will go through a list of pending motions. Says once they file a motion it will be heard and within 15 days and then disposed. Says they will do them at 5pm if need be, even 6pm to get them heard within the 15 day period.

Judge saying he's just reminding everyone of the deadlines and the only deadline adjustments may be in the forensic experts. Those have to be heard by the 28th, don't wait until the last minute to file - we will stay late and work nights and weekends to get this accomplished. Bring a little lunch

I don't think Baez has any intention of meeting some of these deadlines. I doubt the trial will begin in May, 2011. jmo
