Some difficulty in planning the depos for 35 LE, LDB says defense scheduled them all for this Friday. Says this is unacceptable, only leaves 10 min. per depo. Doesn't think it is enough.
JP says he will set depo schedule if need be, but he will book them into evening if necessary.
CM says that he can do that many in that day and he is the one doing them.

Judge said Ms. Burdick did very good job @ listing motions that may be moot.

3 weeks the list of motions will be turned in to Judge for whether motions have been ruled on, moot, or need to be heard.

He did, and I think that's a crock. You have to swear the witness in, get the name and address and employer for the record, and then ask substantive questions, I hope something better than "What do you know about this case?"

Wow, so apparently he has to have a translator and a time machine to get that done. 'Cause I can't for the life of me seeing him doing 30 depos in one day any other way.
