I'm not sure how Haleigh would have taken pills with Tommy hanging around off and on all day long. He said he was straight that day because he didn't have any pills, so either pills would have been well hidden and Haleigh found them or she was intentionally given pills. If Tommy would steal from sleeping neighbors and a blind man with his mom, he'd steal Ron's pills. That's another reason I believe he was at the trailer on his own that night.

I think the reason they've gotten away with this so long is because they're so not smart, & they're the kind of people who don't have a problem 'going there'. It's hard for normal people, (LE), to get down on that level. Nothing is too low for these people.

Misty needs a new lawyer especially if her lawyer is allowing Misty to be interrogated by the police over and over again. IF this is true, hopefully Misty's lawyer was at her side during the questioning.

I agree Patty G! I sure hope that Fields was there, and if so why would he let LE interrogate Misty in such a manner? Misty had said that she had given LE info but LE didn't want to hear about it. Her mother out of anyone should know who Misty fears and is protecting regardless of Lisa's addiction/past she is still Misty's mother. Lisa has said per AH, in other conversations in the past that Misty feared Ron, Misty has said that LE needs to look at Ron and Family. What part of this does LE not believe/want to follow up on and why?
Isn't ironic that Haleigh's father kept information from LE regarding her disappearance up until he got busted for drugs 1 1/2 yrs later and used the information for himself to get a lighter sentence. :no:

I am really surprised that some media (___)attorney has not interjected them-self into this case. Not being nasty, but look at ICA, she has what 5-6 lawyers now? Sickening! Misty needs a few good lawyers if we are ever going to find out what really happen to Haleigh IMO. :twocents:

What, now Tommy was straight?? (Wonders never cease...) I thought he was supposed to have been high on Xanax.

I agree with ya Donjeta, if Tommy would steal from all the above why not steal from Ron? If true what Chelsea claims that Ron had pills all over the house he could of just grabbed some when he was there earlier while the A/C guy was there. Or Misty as his sister would of given him a few pills.
It was also mentioned that he and Misty were getting high that evening as well, so when he took the xanax could of been earlier in the day due to not having anything around, or maybe he took it when instructed on clean up/disposal of Haleigh from who ever. Just a thought..:twocents:
