It very well could be him. I just wish I could get the picture bigger. He is about the right build and everything. It is very close if it isn't him.

Can anyone make the picture bigger?

I think the guy in the black shirt "could" be the same man in the red shirt?
It sorta looks like the man in the black shirt has a bit of a comb-over, doesn't it?
I'm not sure I see the comb-over on red shirt photos?
Red shirt photos have the hair as snowy white/grey and a bit fluffy.

this man looks a little more lean than red shirt JL, and this man is totally bald, where JL had some white/grey hair on the back of his head .... I don't know for sure though....
