MD & JB hugging hmmmm.
think that was DaveWho was giving JB a hug/back tap? Is it Marinade dave or J Lyons?
Now that's impressive, I don't know if we've ever had Casey's vital signs taken during a hearing. You may be the first okiedokietoo !I know this is strange thing to do but you can see her pulse in her neck artery, I counted it and it was 84 - normal is between 70 to 100. She seems to be quite calm.
side note - Cindy looked upset?
Anyone catch what Finnell was talking to JA about at the end there? He didn't give her time of day...
Reports are generally not admissible anyway. The SA can find out the expert's opinions through deposition, and the expert has to actually explain his opinions at trial--he can't just say, "read my report."
I heard them speak..I thought they were professional and cordial to each other..and Ashton said Thank you to her as she walked away and she replied.
JA pushes in chairs at State's table, defense leaves theirs in disarray....

That is one of my pet peeves....Etiquette.:blushing:
I am always on my family about pushing their chairs in when they get up from the table..no matter where we are..home at restaurants...
I didn't see any interaction, but "loving dad" wasn't there today (loving mom was). Was there any interaction between Kasee and her loving mother and dad? Did anybody see?
The defense female atty (I don't remember her name either) seems to be someone the state can actually deal with. A few times, when she was speaking, JB looked like he was going to spring out of his seat...I like her.
Judge - I take your experts do not intend on authoring any reports.
JB - Correct

Still catching up on this thread, so if this has already been addressed, please just ignore....
Are the defense experts not writing reports because it is a way for the defense to not have to turn over anything to the prosecution, or is it because the defense had no findings that would exhonorate (sp) KC?
