I hope so..it's :maddening:
Baez may still find a way to keep her on the list...to rebut witnesses listed by the State in the investigation of LB.

http://www.wesh.com/download/2011/0216/26889138.pdf

"Kathleen Belich also known as Kathleen Gallager was listed to rebut witnesses just listed by the State involving an investigation launched against Laura Buchanan. She is also a witness involving State witness Maya Derkovich. (While the State has recently infonned the defense that they have not illtention to call Maya Derkovich as a witness, the defense has not ruled out calling her)"

And I see that the State does not plan to use the jail "reaction" video or Maya D's testimony. Good move, IMO.

I think so too and I'm not a lawyer.

State of Florida's Witness List & Evidence Schedule for Motion Hearings beginning March 2, 2011

http://www.wesh.com/pdf/27024724/detail.html

Hmmm... doesn't Baez have to submit his witness list and evidence too? I thought that was the rule.

Of course, he's not bothered before. Why bother now?

Maybe he's planning to borrow the State's witnesses such as George, Cindy, and Lee?

YES!!!! They are going to address the phone calls Casey made from the jail!! One of the main things that I have always wanted to be heard by the jury is the phone call Casey made to the Anthony home where she talked to Cindy, Lee and Kristina!!

I can't wait for this hearing!

So I guess the March 2 and 3 hearings will be all day, right? 9am to what, 3pm? Didn't HHJP he had to be somewhere by three pm on one of those days?

Lordy, that's going to be a lot to keep up with!

Wow, so Cindy, George & Lee get to take the stand again. This week should be interesting.

Ohhh, it will be so much FUN to see LDB in action against them AGAIN! LDB smackdown, phase two, of the Anthony's! I must stock up on popcorn for that!

So are George, Cindy and Lee going to try to convince Judge Perry that they were Agents of the State? That they were working tirelessly with LE and against their daughter? Or will they tell the truth and admit that they bashed LE every chance they got for arresting their precious princess daughter/sister?

It's interesting that LDB has them as witnesses for the State. She will elicit that they weren't agents for the State. However, it is Baez' motion and he gets to go first!

Let's hope he gets HIS witness list in and the Anthony family is also on it. Should be interesting!

I wish Kristina were listed as a witness! I really want to see KCs face as they play the tape for her asking for TonEs number.:loser: (ICA not TonE)

It's only a day and a half until the first hearing, fgs. Is he not required to submit a witness list????

Editing to add: just saw on another forum that he has now submitted his list.

They don't need Kristina. Casey's words in that phone call speak for themselves. I'm telling you, if this phone call is heard by a jury, it may just be what pushes the jury over the edge and gets Casey the death penalty. This is Casey in true form.

It will not be lost on a jury that Casey was almost frantic about wanting to talk to Tony. She says in the phone call, when Kristina asks her why she wants to talk to him, "Beeeee-cause he'sssss myyyyy boyyyyy-friend... and I haven't gotten a chance to talk to him today because I was arrested on a (bad word) whim."

So Casey hasn't talked to Tony in what? 12 hours? She shows great concern about getting to talk to him... yet... Caylee has not been talked to or seen in 31 days and any mention of her in this phone call sends Casey into a fit. She is completely disinterested in anything that has to do with Caylee and finding her. When Kristina starts to sob and says that she will DIE if something has happened to Caylee... Casey says the famous words... "Oh. My. God. Calling you guys... a waste... a huge waste." When Kristina tries to convince Casey that she is on her side. That her parents are on her side.... Casey quips back... "No one in my own family is on my side. All they care about is Caylee. All they want is Caylee back" and she quickly is able to see where she is messing up and puts in "that's all I want too." Kristina is completely taken aback by Casey's words and tells Casey "This is your daughter, Casey. Your baby girl. Your flesh and blood" and Casey becomes irate... "Put Lee back on the phone, or get Tony's number for me. I don't want to talk to you anymore."

I can't wait until the SA plays it for the whole courtroom to hear on the 3rd or 4th... including Casey herself!

I totally agree. Intially I hoped ICA didn't do this, and looked for things to prove she didn't do it. I think after hearing that call it was the turning point for me. I knew she was guilty at that moment. That phone call is detrimental to her.
