Okay I misunderstood you - sorry - LOL. I wasn't speaking about whether or not I "feel" they should or whether or not her words imply she cares for no one but herself. Clearly she could care less about Caylee - it is chilling listening to her!
I was simply stating I don't believe they will. When Cindy's 911 call was admitted, it was because 1) it was an excited utterance and 2) she was talking about the smell of the car - which is a piece of evidence.
ICA's phone call is about her attitude. And I'm not sure that particularly piece of documentation can be directly linked to her killing Caylee. What she says tells us she did or it certainly sounds like she did, but I don't know if the SA can tie it in, because it doesn't speak to "intent" - if that makes any sense.
I would be completely happy if this conversation and the jailhouse tapes were admitted. I'm just wondering about the "how", or under what "acceptable title" they would be admitted under.
I mean it's not really even behavior afterwards - is it? (That's a question - not a statement).
I can't give any legal argument as to why or how this call should come in, but I can tell you that it absolutely goes to Casey's state of mind in the first 24-36 hours after she was finally confronted with where her two-year-old child was. I think it is very important that Casey cared so much about getting to talk to Tony, because she hadn't gotten a chance to talk to him since that morning, all while she hadn't talked to or seen her two-year-old baby in 31 days and she thinking calling them was a waste... a huge waste... because someone dare care enough about Caylee to want to DIE if anything happened to her.
I believe it 100% is behavior.
Behavior; 1) the manner of conducting oneself 2) the way in which someone functions or operates.
She has no problem using the F-bomb numerous times when talking to her mother. Showing that she has no respect and isn't as fearful of her mother as she would like us all to believe.
She is refusing to take any blame for where she is at... in jail for lying to Law Enforcement. We all know that she has already admitted, herself, that she has lied to LE about extremely important information that has to do with her missing baby. She even later when talking to Lee, and not on purpose, admits that there was nothing to find out... not even what she told Detectives. So, here she is, again in her own words, admitting that she has lied to Law Enforcement. There was nothing to find out... only later when she is talking to Kristina rant and rave that LE isn't listening to a word she is saying. So one minute there is nothing to find out... another minute... they are not listening to her.
When talking to Kristina, she gives information on Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Again stating that she had left Caylee with this woman... that she was the last person she seen Caylee with. Kristina asks a very important question... why isn't Casey crying or showing any emotion for where Caylee is at... Casey gives us a good little explanation as to why she can't be crying every ten minutes (like she wants to). She has to stay composed to talk to detectives... and tell them things (where nothing could be found out). We're told that they need to look in the New York database... North Carolina database.
The phone call ends with Kristina asking if what she is telling her is the truth... Casey says... I don't know where Caylee is at... that is the truth. So what? Was everything else a lie? Is she again admitting that everything else was a lie?
I also think that it is extremely important that Casey was upset that all anyone cared about was Caylee. All they cared about was getting Caylee back... State. Of. Mind. She was upset that all anyone cared about was Caylee... a missing two-year-old baby. A baby that had been missing for 31 days before she was even reported missing... and she wasn't even reported missing by Casey herself... actually, Casey wanted... One. More. Day.
MOO.
