Well, so far CM and the defense has spent much more time today complaining about the media and "cowardly" bloggers (neither of which will be jurors) than on the motions defending their client.

That tells me they either have done little to no actual work on the defense, and/or they have nothing to defend her with.

Dudes - you need to beg the SA for another type of plea deal - you are getting your client the death penalty.

If I understood correctly, sex question can be asked in cross examination for the reason of bias only. AZ can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I understood it.
