I missed the hearing and am just now reading this thread, but waaaaaay behind, but had to comment.....SOTS, you are providing me with many snickers and snorts so far! I just scared my dog by guffawing loudly! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Judge inquiring very matter of factly if any of JB's experts have telephones or email

Judge schooling JB on how to handle his panty knot over the diary

Judge schooling JB on change of venue

Prosecution stating that yes, they will continue to do their job, thank you for your concern JB.

Judge saying You may not agree with it - but it is the law.

Priceless.

A most excellent recap and I believe should be repeated for those who were not watching and listening to the hearing. Also, for those who would rather not sift through all of the posts for information regarding this 2/4/11 status hearing.

I was trying to convey something similar to your post; to help others understand the salient points of the hearing. I was struggling and having a hard time though. I'm not able to explain in such a precise and concise manner. You've encapsulated what I saw and heard. Thank you. :smile:

Usually Baez talks in circles but today he said so many sentences that did just not make sense, there were many times I just could not understand what he was saying and realised Baez was basically babbling for the sake of babbling.

Kathy Reichs was busy on January 12 shooting a Promo for Via Rail in Montreal and final edit on the next Virals books...and she was going to the Lab aka Laboratoire de Sciences Judiciaires et de Medecine Legale in Montreal.
Hey does this mean she works for Le Ministere de la Securite Publique de Quebec ? The Lab is part of that that Ministry....Just joking....

After the hearing, KB followed the defense out into the hallway. From inside the courtroom you could hear CM yelling John Allen! Get these people away from me. So the rest of the audience goes into the hallway to see what the commotion is all about. KB is asking questions of the defense regarding false statements to the court and CM is bumping her post-bunionectomy-shoe walker with his brief case. He calls her an a$$hole and gets on the elevator. She follows him and a deputy comes between them and indicates that she must get off the elevator.
Sgt Allen and another deputy are sitting in the front row behind the prosecution during the hearing. They wouldn't tell KB what they were there for. After the hearing JB and CM come up to them and talk. I think I heard that they promised to get some papers to them. I heard the word polygraph, but I don't know the context nor do I know who said that. The defense left the building without an escort of any kind. Sgt Allen and his co-worker left with the prosecution.

Her church friend's name is Donna. Her and her husband Glenn and their daughter are listed on the program for Caylee's (Cindy's) Memorial. Donna played the piano, and Glenn and the daughter sang.
The Anthonys have a male and female attorney now - Lippman.
Before the Hearing started, Cindy and Donna and the female attorney sure were chatty and laughing a lot.

I keeping getting images of JB at this convention chasing his supposed experts down hallways as they desperately try to avoid all contact. JB popping out from behind potted plants in the dining room, stalking their housekeepers to determine if they are in there rooms ignoring his plaintiff knocking or if they are truly out right now.

JB whined that in the SAO Defense expert depositions that the SAO are trying to put a 'holistic' picture together, to try to tie the different expert testimonies together into understanding the rebuttal / stance the Defense are going to present.

Makes sense right? Sounds like it did not occur to JB before. Doh!

So ... JB wants to use this "unique opportunity" at the conference to get some of his experts in one place and put their heads together and ... things may/likely will change? Hmmmm?

HHJP schools him on picking up the phone and using numbered photos as exhibits to walk through interactively. No need to wait.

I guess JB needs to know about 'telecon' calls, things like Gotomeeting and Webex, wow ... even videoconferencing to bring people together no matter where they are. Isn't that today's reality? You can be in the airport and join a meeting.

I guess JB needs AL back to assist him with Skype?

What bothers me is ... does this imply that JB has NEVER brought these experts together or the collective knowledge to get on the same page and have a complementary story or various rebuttals? Is he just thinking about that now?

Is JB realizing they need to come up with something new, something creative, invent something and have his experts buy into that and try to support it with some informed opinion?
