I think that the only arrest that will be made is on Shawn becuase this implicates him in my opinion as there was porn also found on his Mom's computer. This makes me think that he downloaded it on his Mom's computer and then transferred it onto the jump drive to have at home. Regardless if it was found in Billie's drawer she may have placed it there and not had a clue what so ever what was on it. I mean it doesn't in my opinion necessarily mean she knew what was on there. She could have placed it in the drawer so he didn't lose it and then it got shuffled around and into the corner.

If a guy has ILLEGAL and VILE images of bestiality and child porn, and he puts them on a flash drive but doesn't want his girlfriend to know about it, then why would he put it in her dresser?

While agree with the comments that we can't assume that BD knew about the CP pictures, I cannot Bring myself to believe she didn't know. MK is right, she isn't stupid. The flash drive was in her bureau, bottom, back of it. That's hidden inher stuff. I can't imagine my husband putting something in my bureau if he wanted to hide it from me. I can't imagine him putting something in HIS bureau to hide it from me either, since I'm the one who puts the clothes away!

She knew what it was and that it was there, ImO.
