Yes, LE was hoping. IMO, she will absolutely not budge. Not an inch.

This case is starting to make that case a trip to the parlor. Jean hasn't mentioned the mother being arrested. Wonder if she knows. I would love to be a bug on the wall when MK talks to BD............:woohoo:

MK also stated that there are multiple crime scenes now. Okay lawyers- porn was on SA's moms computer and on a flashdrive. Since it was on the mom's computer will that enable LE to get a warrant to search that property. Remember LE hasn't been allowed to search there. And, if I was SA and I killed HD, I'd bury the body at MaMa's house!!!!!!!!

If a guy has ILLEGAL and VILE images of bestiality and child porn, and he puts them on a flash drive but doesn't want his girlfriend to know about it, then why would he put it in her dresser?

She may not have known what was on there is all I am saying here. He could have placed it there in a bottom drawer one she didn't ever use thinking she wouldn't see it. It obviously belongs to Shawn since there was also porn at his Mom's house. I mean I get it looks bad for Billie I really do but they are going to have to prove a lot and right now it is looking worse for Shawn than it does Billie seeing that there was also child porn found at his Mom's.

Also how can they prove that SA is the one that downloaded the porn? I am not saying I don't think he did, but I am wondering if that could be some sort of defense he can use. tia

They probably looked there because that is right where he headed as soon as he 'quit' his job that day. I am sure they wanted to know what he was up to that morning since Hailey went missing that day.

Passwords, emails and credit cards. Downloads and who was signed in. It all leaves a footprint. If someone had to sign into a site to get the pics, that password would be connected to a site where someone registered.
