With Cindy playing the "this is so very difficult for me" card. The shaky voice...this trial is going to take 400 years. I feel like Cindy is going to fight every little detail. Just as she has all along. All she is being asked is about the very beginning, the arrest and she is already "confused" and "it could be"...arg.

It makes me believe that CA is bound and determined not to cooperate with the prosecution no matter WHAT they say. She is trying to make them look ignorant if at all possible.

And it's not working.

IMHO, I hear in LBD voice that she is DONE with this, like "its time to answer some questions here". She gets how Cindy is as much as we do...it would be all I could do to not go nutso and keep calm. Kudos LDB.

Are we to believe that these officers arroved and without a word from Cindy, knew immediately who Casey was and where her bedroom was?

I didn't know where Lee was. Once the deputies came, I lost track of Lee.

George, was he providing info freely and voluntarily?

Yes.

And your daughter KC, was she providing information freely and voluntarily?

There were several times I was not with KC. (WAFFLE)

When you were with her, was she cooperating freely and voluntarily?

Yes.

Cindy is unable to answer with a simple yes or no. She just has to give an explanation, her version of how events transpired. This will probably not bode well for Casey at the hearings or at trial. I can see HHJP having to admonishing her (probably several times) to just answer the question.

Wow - LDB saying to Cindy - YOU wanted those officers there - you were speaking to them voluntarily - you wanted them to speak to your daughter. Lee was speaking to law enforcement voluntarily? George? Casey?

Pushing, pushing, pushing......When you were there, did you feel Casey wanted their help to find Caylee - she was co-operating?

She claims that she never asked LE to ask KC questions. They just did. That was what they were there for according to her.

LDB is doing the checklist of statements being given freely and voluntarily. She says yes for herself, won't say yes for Lee or George. KC was answer questions freely and voluntarily while CA was around.

SA: Did you get the impression she was cooperating with officers?....So she was cooperating with them...

CA: Yes

SA: Were you around when she indicated to them that she could take them to the place where the child was last seen?

CA: I don't recall that information..
