Does not anyone in ICA's family think it was strange that they were all panicking on the 15th and freaking out and she was taking walks and posing for smiling pictures? Or are they just so used to her being a sociopath that they took it as par for the course?

Both. At the time they were beyond frustrated with her demeanor, but now they have placed it in a box. Current Anthony thinking is ,KC wasn't worried because She knew Caylee was fine.
Remember...Cindy is now saying Caylee is alive and out there right now,but there's no push to find her. She's fine.

I wish she would stop acting like she is on some sort of first date.

Diana Tennis on In Session said she represented Dominic in order to keep him from being manhandled. Said she thinks he has gotten himself extricated and hopefully won't be called back in.

Cant keep the grin off her face can she.

And I think she was denying the "Mom is over-reacting" comments. Looks like she said "No, I didn't say that."

One hour, 378 posts. Y'all are leaving me in the dust! Hosey didn't go so well huh? Well, that's ok. Sounds like the SA is figuring on how to bring Allen back later to... to... to impeach CA even further? :waitasec:

I guess that's Lyons she is flirting with?

What just happened? Why are we having a recess and why is ICA looking so darned happy and flirting with the investigator? Yakety yak - hahaha - so weird!

  • #391
Lyons just wants to be seen on TV talking with her and making her laugh. I hope the needle runs deep.

I just don't think Lee is really needed after the antics of GA and CA. The defense would be ludicrously stupid to call Lee to the stand after yesterday. Plus, if he was laughing like he normally does, that would drive me over the edge!

You know, I didn't think it was possible, but I think I despise Jose Baez just as much, if not more than I despise ICA.

Yes, but do you despise JB as much as you despise Cindy? LOL! :floorlaugh:

BTW ITA with you. :)

I don't see how that is at all possible, given what he has done. In many, many ways, he's in this up to his eyeballs and past.

Just saw Cindy - I wonder if she's ill or something. She doesn't look healthy at all. MOO

Am I the only one that things JB is actually doing a decent job? Refreshing since I was worried she would use poor defense attorney as a way to get off. I can see why KC is at least hopeful she can get off. They are doing a decent job thus far as chipping away at evidence. Still does not change the fact that she is guilty...but at least when the jury says so it will be fair.

Good question. On one hand, it would appear defense is doing a decent job here, but then again, they have lowered my expectations to the point that if they can find their butt with both hands, I would probably be shocked.
Seriously, I am seeing glimpses of a decent defense.
Then again, after that display of total non-sense (sic) yesterday, I feel like I need another shower just for giving him any credit what so ever.
I have a problem with the PI being front and center, like he has had a hand in ferreting information from these officers. He has been way over the top with animation and expressions during this whole exchange. Pure speculation on my part and I don't really know why that sticks in my craw so much...oh wait, yes I do. Suddenly, this elusive, faceless entity is sitting front and center as if he is somehow reaping his rewards...laughing, expressing shock at YM testimony. I believe he is JB's COTCHA!

she is pretending to look busy. She looks very nervous when left alone

JB asked if he ever told GA/CA that CA may not be coming back
JA: no
From what little I know, LE hardly ever informs others (family, friends) that the person (suspect/POI) will not be coming back home after interrogation, because of a possible pending arrest. This is not safe practice and I've never heard of it being done.
