Good question. On one hand, it would appear defense is doing a decent job here, but then again, they have lowered my expectations to the point that if they can find their butt with both hands, I would probably be shocked.
Seriously, I am seeing glimpses of a decent defense.
Then again, after that display of total non-sense (sic) yesterday, I feel like I need another shower just for giving him any credit what so ever.
I have a problem with the PI being front and center, like he has had a hand in ferreting information from these officers. He has way over the top with animation and expressions during this whole exchange. Pure speculation on my part and I don't really know why that sticks in my craw so much...oh wait, yes I do.

Ya know, I was a a bit concerned during Reginald Hosey's direct exam by JB, but after LDB's cross I am convinced that they thought this was a run-of-the-mill domestic dispute. I would've thought the same if I heard those two yapping at and about each other. Hosey's testimony about his walk/chat with KC was great new stuff!

Wow - Cindy does not look well at all! I think this must be getting very real to her now. She doesn't even look like the same person from two years ago.

Wonder if she is going to be able to contain herself and not react to what is being said or if she will actually be removed from the courtroom. As much as I'd like to see that - I really don't want it to happen. :truce:
