Hosey wasn't the best witness,(ok he was terrible). However i'm confident the judge can see that all people do not do well on the stand (especially when the questioning is not clear (JB at times) but that does not equate to not being able to perform their jobs correctly. There was no arrest or unarrest....next....

In all fairness to Hosey, I think he never thought that a straight domestic call would ever turn into the case it is today. No one saw this case coming on that initial day. You had Cindy in the mix it was a MESS :waitasec:

I think I know what KC is doing with all the notes. She is taking notes so that she can review what happened when she is back in her cell. Or perhaps she is taking notes for her book to come out. That would be the only explanation.

I hope not Lola...this is what started the alleged murder investigation. No credible information, never asked for an attorney, she was free to leave at anytime, she was freely giving statements voluntarily. NO one put a gun to her head....
