Just a thought. Why is it that it is okay for CA and GA to claim they don't recall something because it was so hectic at the house that evening, but not the LE who had no inkling to the lying insanity that was rampant in that family?

KC doesn't make eye contact with George. Yesterday, when he left the stand, I didn't see him look in her direction when he walked past the defense table, and she was looking at the papers she wrote. She was indifferent.

Did George say that KC was arrested that night and stayed in jail continuously through August? That's not true, she wasn't arrested until after Universal and that was an entirely different day.

All of yesterday's hearing was about the motion to throw out KC's statements. Once GA/CA testified, the judge let them come back in. Before each motion he will redecide on sequestering them/letting them back in for the rest of testimony on that motion alone.

We don't understand why the mother of a missing child would retain counsel either...unless she had a part in that childs disappearance.
