Don't throw tomatoes at me, but I think Baez is far more polished today than he's ever been and sounds like a real lawyer.

I am so glad you posted this because I thought the same thing but was more afraid of the tomatoes. Better than I expected, frankly, but that bar was below sea level to me.

If I understand correctly, I get why Jose is trying to get this stuff tossed out. This is not the trial and he wants the jury not to hear this stuff. Okay. But, who does he have to convince here? The judge?

Is this "ruse" for the judge? Is it that the judge only knows some stuff? I should probably be on the lawyer thread...but my mind is full of questions!

PS: all of this is "boo hoo" LE was bad, mean...why did they ever even come to our house? Why did they treat Casey badly when they came to our house? Now it seems like they are trying to say LE had anything to do with George not seeing Casey!?
