I hate to ask, but what voicemail? What is that all about?TIA

Cindy left a message for JA insulting him and yelling similar to Tim Miller's voicemail.

This expert really should have groomed herself (i.e., at least combed her hair>0

She is shuffling papers. Seems to be looking for something. Ah nevermind - papers down, glasses off..going to just talk.

  • #830
she is trying to say that the way hall measures the plants is not supported

  • #831
Simms on the other hand is up there rustling and rummaging through numerous files.

Which style do you like best?

  • #832
trace chloroform ???????

  • #833
I'm guessing Sims is already proving to not be much better than the rest of the defense team...

  • #834
she keeps shuffling her papers. geez

Wouldn't you love to know what Casey is scribbling and bibbling? Is it meaningful to her trial, or is she just doodling to look intelligent and involved?

she's writing an "(if) I did it" a la OJ Simpson.

I wish!

And Jeff Ashton presents his case to strike on 2 separate motions without a single, solitary piece of paper in front of him!

Amazing! This guy knows his stuff.

Well I get the feeling that the SA is not flying by the seat of there pants. Not just throwing things in the air hoping the will stick. MOO

how does blood pressure and trace amounts of chloroform mean a thing????
This is what I was trying to get, she mentioned something about systolic BP, but I missed her point (if there was one).

  • #839
Does anyone on the defense team ever cite law?

  • #840
Dorothy has the opposite style of LDB - maybe the hairstyle makes a bit of a difference, but she is very speedy - uses her hands a great deal - pages flipping and flipping and glasses off and on - very buzzy presentation.
