Which reporter was able to contact PK last night? Anyone remember?

Seems when ever Clint says what he thinks about LE ,weird stuff goes on in the case.

I doubt Bee and Racheal would be working with CC LE and for them to state PK knows nothing and is just the city manager is very interesting to me. He is ex FBI even if he is questionable at times. Is she requesting I believe she would know more about the investigation of HD's disapearance than the spokeperson and is working under the color of law? Without a name of her source and some explainantion into the details of her claims I can only stare at her show with my mouth open and wonder if this crap if for real. If is it some kinda trick or big show because of a tiny piece of infomation told to them by a single person I might flip my lid.

Now that they have stated that what legal implications could be held if in fact they are operating under the color of law?

I agree with you completely. I don't think there are any possible implications because they really didn't say anything except for opinions and speculation. They mention law enforcement and then go on to say they are reading something verbatim. From law enforcement? From who? I find it impossible to believe that LE is contacting BTHN specifically to release information.

I remember some posters wondering what Billie meant when she tied a balloon on the bridge and said " I know you're not in Dunn." (That's not exact I was trying to get the jist of it.

If she was on a bridge doing that what bridge was it and what body of water was under it? All this talk about the boat made me think of that. Perhaps tying the balloon on a bridge over a river or canel was a subconscious hint of where Hailey ended up????

IMO I definitely think that is a possibility.. It was at the bridge that Haileys Angels set up as a tribute to Hailey{the one with all the teddy bears and signs}..it was right across from SA's grandma's house{as they wanted it to be a reminder to him everyday that Hailey would not be forgotten and they will search til she is found}..

BD was angry period about them setting up that tribute there because she saw it as a jab at SA..So possibly it could be a hint that she's not even aware that she's giving..or hoping that someone would listen to her and her intuition that she knew Hailey wasn't there{knowing in reality she was somewhere near there and attempting to throw off}..

Or it could be just her bratty childish way of being snarky cuz she hated the Angels for looking so hard at Shawn and setting up the tribute there..

An afterthought- But remember in the very beginning of the case didn't SA's LDT indicate an area near Dunn as where they would find Hailey??

I don't think LE would call the hosts of a blog radio show and make a statement like that in the first place, and in the second place, why would they tell them they can't talk to Billie or Shawn? Seems that LE would want to hear what they have to say no matter where they say it.

I have a question. The last time I recall any mention of PH, aka Seamus O'Reiley, he was not considered MSM, and in fact the links to his blog were not allowed here in the main threads. So I'm a little confused why this topic is even allowed up here. LE has not made a public statement yet that Billie is a POI. As far as I'm concerned I prefer to wait until it's an official statement from them before I will believe it. All my opinion, but I think this was just a ploy to get people to tune in, get them a little more attention and to pi$$ Billie off. Guess that worked out, didn't it!

I think CD knows BD has been a POI for a long time. I'd like to hear his opinion of the revealed statements made on BTH last night. Is he still feeling the same ---that something else may have happened to HD or does this change his mind to believe the same as LE?

On BD's other interview Bee and Rachel asked BD if Hailey had *breathing troubles* 2 times IIRC.......I thought that was odd.
Did anyone catch that?
LE must want that "NO" on record for some reason.

Also a caller called in to SA IIRC and asked great questions on the *sold BOAT*
that sold right after Hailey went missing........
was that LE???

As to the question about "breathing" -- in one of her interviews, Billie responded by saying she was looking for "a living and breathing Hailey" ...

(I am sorry I do not remember which interview it was and will try to find link. )

It seemed odd to use the word "breathing" behind the word "living" -- because if you are living you are breathing !

AGREED! I had headphones on and didn't hear any echo or anything. Their ploy seemed obvious to me and I have a feeling Billie Jean caught on as well. I have noticed from listening to their show that they are trying almost to hard to make them slip-up when they interview. Last week with Shawn it even more blatant.

I will have to listen again but when listening to the replay last night it wasn't interference that I heard..but just like when I have heard other callers call-in to ask a question you can hear that they have their computers on listening to the show{most of them to hear themselves on air..lol} but I'd say most of us realize that in having the broadcast volume up to a level which one can hear would obviously be audibly playing thru your phone call which would obviously be a distraction to all involved{the caller..the hosts..the listeners}..

So yes at the beginning of them putting BD's call on live I could hear something playing in the background at BD's and was audible thru her on-air phone call.. I think this is most likely what the host was referring to when saying "interference"{as technically it would be something interfering with the interview and therefor the show..jmo}

I also wanted to add because I did read some posts that were speculating at the possibility..That while being away out of town away from my home computer I was under the impression that I would not be able to hear any of these BTH shows due to the fact that I was left with my only internet connection being via mobile.. I was pleasantly surprised that my Iphone could indeed play the BTH shows with extreme clarity{remarkably better than that of my home Gateway laptop}..and wanted to also add for those not familiar with smartphones such as the Iphone that there most definitely does not have to be a home internet connection..nor even a wifi available..The technology of today allows one to have full and complete internet access including streaming live music as well as shows like BTH all via mobile and its simply done through 3G...

So Billie could technically not have a internet connection nor wifi to hook into yet still could have full access to last nights show among an entire multitude of other things from the internet..FWIW thought some might be interested to know these few facts I have recently learned

I really thought until last night they were letting S&B use their forum to air about the cheating and declare their love for each other.
