It appears according to WESH that two TES volunteers that were going to testify for the Defense will now testify for the State. Should make for an interesting day tomorrow with all of these last minute filings from the Defense... And all of the Maya drama the DT is trying to cause now that the State no longer wants her as a witness. Plus, when it comes to the science they are facing more defeat. Wonder what ICa will be wearing besides an angry scowl.

If Baez was smart :rolling: , he would allow YM to do his job and stick around the intake/processing area at the jail-The more perps YM busts, the more potential clients for JB! :loser:

Either that or the perps will see JB in action and decide to represent themselves instead :crazy: JMO

I'm confused - is the state asking that YM not have to attend hearings/trial and JB is asking that he be required to? Can anything in the legal profession just be written clearly? No wonder it's all so complicated, it's made to be that way. Ugh.

This is what the 8:30AM hearing was going to be about....the emergency motion to have YM stand around. My bet is they worked something out and YM is on stand by....so the 8:30AM start is no longer needed.

I would hope so. YM doesn't need to stand around waiting on JB! Lord knows JB would try to make sure he sat out in the lobby for days on end.

I'll assume the same gray striped pants she's worn for the past 2 years and the green ruffled shirt. I don't think the red sweater went over very well.

Can't anyone in that entire clan spring for a new outfit? At least a new pair of pants.
