I like In Session when they have Mike Brooks on there.

Okay this "talking head" on InSession is saying the chloroform possibly came from the pool???? WTH? Isn't there a big difference in chloroform and the chemical used in swimming pools???

a long time ago, when debating the drowning theory, it was speculated that chlorine from the pool chems combining with (I actually think it was urine, as in the baby's diaper) combined to create the absurdly high levels of chloroform. However, it was determined that the A's used a non chlorine based pool system.

so I guess there's always other pools...

I'd love to see that information addressed.

also. It's a lot of hooey.

Wow! I better not go swimming this summer!

That's going to be my answer from now on whenever someone questions me. But, what is your error rate? You can be wrong? LOL

  • #685
Can anyone quickly tell me what all Dr. Vass testified to when Jeff Ashton was questioning the witness? I got online when he was talking about the grave wax... I missed the squirrels??

He did a test on a dead squirrel - was shocked there was no smell of decomp - it was a beautiful thing to listen to Lolamoom08 - a must hear or read....

  • #686
I loved it when he asked Dr. Vass if he had a Facebook page. Dr. Vass practically fell off the stand laughing!

I don't know if this is possible... but I am wondering if Casey injected Caylee with the chloroform and when Caylee started to decompose, all the chloroform, mixed with the decomposition released high levels of chloroform?

I wonder if the talking head is confusing Chlorine with Chloroform. Chloroform is not listed on the label of pool chemicals...although wasn't there talk that a small amount of Chloroform can be produced when it's used? Hmmmm.

  • #689
guess I should ask---how do you know? what is the error rate

lol...actually error rate is 1 at the moment, he actually wanted to go out to chase foxes as opposed to having a toilet break.

OT/ If this is the best Baez can come up with he is going to make a fool of himself come the trial.

IMO Casey has enough defense attorneys, it's time for Baez to kicked off this case. He is a "HUGE WASTE OF THE COURTS TIME AND TAX PAYERS MONEY". It's a shame the tax payers have no say so how their money is being spent. JMO.... :banghead:
I'm almost willing to bet that CM right before trial we will hear he is in the hospital for some operation, therefore excused...then JB will ask for a delay in trial.

  • #691
Thank you Baznme! Chlorine!!! That's the word that caused my brain to freeze!!! I remember this being discussed here on the board a looooong time ago and that myth was put to rest, right?

BTW who is this "talking head" on In Sessions? He seems about as dumb as Baez!!! :banghead:

WFTV have a feature that states HHJP admonished JB - it was while Officer Forgey was on the stand, but the volume is all but inaudible. Anyone here can give me a hint what went on? He was trying to ask a question about his GJ testimony from what I could make out.
Trying to catch up...

Could be worse..........Could be Mason.

Speaking of which, where is the ole guy?
Did he take off early to hang out with Bernie for the weekend??

LOL..Me thinks these talking heads have their "Chloro's" mixed up..Chlorine versus Chloroform.....Given the level that the test showed on that carpet..I would bet that Cindy used a ton of Chloroform based cleaner..not Chlorine based..otherwise there would have been bleached out markings in that trunk...LOL..I just had a thought..Didnt George go on and on about "Arm and Hammer" product he found in that trunk??:floorlaugh:

  • #695
y'know, Dr. Vass probably does know how to completely disappear a body?

I'm just saying...
:innocent:

perhaps a large volume of "aqua regia" ......oh wait....the titanium plate in his head ( JB's, that is!) would still remain...:truce:

and never get a scientific specialist too "upset"
I'm just sayin'

The talking head doesn't realize that the anthony's DON"T use chlorine in their pool, regardless.

  • #697
Bet he/she is a friend of someone on the defense team........ Just bet....

Was it Amil from yesterday's report from the courtroom saying CA and GA possibly have an interview with InSession on Sunday....that explains a lot.

  • #698
Has anyone seen KC's grandparents in court today? I was told both sets of grandparents were there yesterday.

Nah - its just money. I said before, IS has been been hyping this for weeks, stirring the pot to generate viewer interest and ad dollars. They have a big ole something going on at the Ants this weekend. They need to stir the pot as much as possible and CREATE CONTROVERSY (dunn dunn)

Yes, but the talking head (whoever he was) said....the chloroform could have come from a friend of ICA's pool. He didn't mention the A's pool.
