Judge P is seriously angry right now...at JA too

  • #1,263
Saint Perry has ordered a five minute break, after JA objected and JB said "is he serious"

  • #1,264
What did JA say?

  • #1,265
Jose to JA's objection - Are you serious?

Jeff Ashton... "YEAH... I'm... I'm sorry... I'm sorry."

JA almost exploded... 5-minute break

  • #1,266
Five minute break for scuffle in the alley. My money is on JA!
:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

  • #1,267
Oh! Did JA just stop himself from saying "I'm dead serious" after Baez asked if he was serious? Another time out (recess).

  • #1,268
LOL

JA: I object. Nothing is in evidence to suggest marijuana.

JB: Is he serious?

JA: Very serious.

HHJP: Y'all go take a 5 minute break.

:rocker: :great:

Wait wait, is this a challenge/request to remove CJBP? Are they mad? (Don't answer that.)

He wants a rehearing on HHBP's orders about evidence being let in.
He says HHBP was biased in his ruling.

I haven't read the motion - just the part quoted from it on the news thread.

Could it be a lead up to trying to remove HHBP? Don't know, but isn't that how they started with Judge S?

Now HHJP is giving time-outs like I do to the 4 yr old when she has a hissy.....:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Who's blowing smoke now JB?

Ok - I get it - we call this a Frye hearing because you just "fried" your client for smoking pot. Wow - just Wow!!!!!!!!!

I have no doubt that the jury is going to feel like I do right now. And that is that watching and listening to JB question witnesses (esp experts like this one) is like this:

JB Question: You say the sum of 4 x 4 = 16 ?

Answer: Yes

JB Q: But you didn't use addition to get to this answer did you?

Answer: No, but you don't use addition to get the sum of 4 x 4.

JB Q: That's not what I asked you is it!

Answer: But you are not understanding....it doesn't apply.

Q: That is NOT the question I asked you!

OMG....so unbelievable.

No, not a motion for recusal. They want a "re-do" - reconsideration of the rulings they lost last week....'cause HHJP is biased. :floorlaugh:
Considering HHJP's exemplary record, I don't see the defence team winning this.

Is this recess the equivalent of putting both attorneys in time-out?

  • #1,277
Talking about finding THC.

So they are going to claim that the paper towels have adipocere on them from the meat from the pizza and when that doesn't work they will claim the towels came from trash from Tony L's house.

  • #1,278
wow, jb just blew my 17yo's mind with the thc being consistent with.....meat.

he's done it. he's knocked the socks off everyone in our house with that insanity

Smoked meat?

  • #1,279
My question - does pizza or garbage normally contain adipocere from a decaying body????

Well now that depends...how about a dead squirrel body?

  • #1,280
Well, we all (or at least) most of us know that THC is stored in the fatty tissue of the human body. If adipocere was found on the paper towels, as well as THC, could this mean that Caylee had high concentrations of pot in her system when she died?
