I meant to use the word discredit the witness :)

And I like your opinion :)

LOL thank you and same answer - no I don't believe Dr. Vass was discredited one iota.

Hey, I want to thank BJB for editing my post upthread to make it clear that it was my own speculation. Sorry if I confused anyone! I don't want to contribute to misinformation.

Def ugly coping.

Oh yes, her state of mind. Wanting to be with Tony and not have any responsiblity towards Caylee. Yeah, explain that away, Baez.

So is that the new strategy? Casey was too stupid to have committed the crime? Lord.

I think they said it was NOT about diminished capacity.

Ann Finnell asks to be heard at the bench on another unrelated matter

I can not wait for the courtroom descriptions from WS'er Amil and from magpie on valhall's site. I usually don't shy from typing but I was fascinated by all of your posts and ur descriptions. Beats the heck outta TruTv any day. It should be noted that they are supposedly spending their weekend with GA and CA. Shocker. No wonder it sounds like their panel is all made of people who can't see the writing on the wall. ICA is guilty. IMO she will be found as such. All evidence leads to ICA and her poorly thought out lies and actions. The Defense may try to call everyone a liar or a frame artist or a SODDI but at the end of the day they are stuck with 31 days and a client who is more interested in her colored pens and "pretending" to have a job A's a paralegal.

Great work everyone!

I think we've nailed the defense's theory.....to wear out the witnesses, wear out the jury's attention span....this is it. And it's dangerous

What will happen is the jury will kind of zone out on the defense. Therefore when they do present good evidence the jury will overlook it. I've seen the talking heads on tv bring up this very issue and it's a very bad idea.

Ooooohhh - ICA is looking upset - doesn't want/like her state of mind discussed maybe?

what is going on right now?

Atty's at sidebar @ bench

someone explaining to KC what "diminished capacity" really means (imo)

The camera caught ICA shaking her head when diminished capacity was brought up.

Did everyone notice how much HHJP and JA's blood pressure visibly dropped and how cooperative both became as soon as JB stepped away from the podium and AF stepped up?

AF seems like a nice sane skilled lawyer. One that is very professional and comes across well to the jury and observers. She is quite obviously KC's only chance of avoiding the death penalty (because JB and CM sure as hell aren't going to in any way prevent a conviction). Am I alone in thinking that the best move KC could possibly do would be to sideline JB and get AF to do the primary guilt phase?

I think they'll testify that Casey is a pathological liar that wouldn't know the truth if it smacked her in the face. Lies all the time, in all situations, for no reason, just lives to lie

Wow. Just wow.

What will the trial be like, if this is just a Frye hearing?
