I think that's DCS's role, but perhaps AF is acting in auxiliary to her? Interesting to have the mitigation rep present for these hearings if not though - what could she gain for her portion? Otherwise, what a great learning experience is general

Perhaps she's there to observe (coach?) the fact that ICA CANNOT sit still for one, single solitary moment, and then try to fashion some mitigating circumstance out of that?

O/T What's interesting is the TBI has an ME who testified at the Christian Newsom trial. She was so intellegent and nice, and ironically has almost the same accent as Dr. Vass. I can't remember her nationality. Alot of Tennessean LE made the state proud during those trials.

I remember her, she was amazing. Eastern European I thought.
