Even if the chloroform was from a pool, or rotting pizza/garbage, whatever, I believe Dr. Vass testified that he also found elements of adipocere. So my conclusion would be there was a dead body in the trunk that had been swimming.

I have never seen a judge have so many problems with defense questions they had to give this instruction.

Jose doesn't know what a plume flow is... I don't either... but by the way he went on so quickly to the next question, I don't think he knows what it is.

plume flow: think of it as a "feather" of "stuff" that streaks or travels thru another bunch of "stuff".......kinda like the trail from the jet (Plume) as it flows thru the REST of the air.

I don't think a trunk by itself is considered anaerobic - usually there is enough oxygen in the trunk that you hear of people being held captive in trunks and climbing out. Low oxygen, definitely.

I don't think Cindy would allow Caylee to swim any pool but her own. This talking head does not know what he's talking about. I never heard of any of ICA's friends having pools either.

Caylee went swimming at least once at the pool at TonE's apt. complex.

However, that doesn't mean I in any way, shape, or form, believe any pool exposure whatsoever resulted in the chloroform found in the trunk. 'Cause I don't.
