JB is pretending to understand what the witness is saying.

Even if the chloroform was from a pool, or rotting pizza/garbage, whatever, I believe Dr. Vass testified that he also found elements of adipocere. So my conclusion would be there was a dead body in the trunk that had been swimming. :-)

:waitasec: Gosh it's been so long, but I thought that Cindy's pool used Chlorine-free BAQUACIL pool care system products?

Oh Lord....now the DT is complaining that their "laptop" is being filmed by the media! :furious:

We don't need to see it to know she is surfin Wikipedia, Facebook and Websleuth!!! :floorlaugh:

Well, duh - close it when you walk away Einstein!

AV: chloroform not unusual in anaerobic decomp situations depending on the depth of burial.

CJBP: Informs AV to wait before responding.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put Judge Strickland "sitting on that rainbow" tail....

:floorlaugh:

FYI - You all are moving so fast so, if this has already been mentioned please disregard...JB does not have his own Wiki page, he is only mentioned in passing on CAYLEE's page...

Lol, HHJP instructing the witness to not automatically answer JB's questions in case the SA has an objection.

I have never seen a judge have so many problems with defense questions they had to give this instruction.

Could be - wasn't Casey wrapped in plastic bags before she was stuffed into the laundry bag? Plastic bags would definitely be anaerobic. That's why they tell you not to put them over your head!

  • #749
AV-any situation that would cause anaerobic decomp may result in chloroform readings.

(Like a body in a bag? In a trunk?)

AV is soooo holding his own here.

  • #750
anaerobic conditions. say, like a big garbage bag?

  • #751
Jose has no clue what or how anearobic conditions are reached..and YES..Caylee was wrapped in garbage bags....He truly is showing his ignorance of that term!!!:loser::loser:

Why isnt Simms doing this cross??..

I am wondering why he didnt ask Dr. Vass what the Plume of odor meant??..

Mr.Baez has met his Waterloo. He has no idea how to question Mr. Vass. He is knee deep in ch*t.I cant take it anymore. I cannot watch Baez.I am serious,I'm afraid I'll have another heart attack. (edited....warning !!)! I will watch Prosecution but not defense.I thought Mason would have sense to question Mr.Vass,he at least KNOWS the law.She is scared I hope she wore a Depends.God Bless all for keeping me informed.I can read it but not watch.
Thanks to all!!

Jose doesn't know what a plume flow is... I don't either... but by the way he went on so quickly to the next question, I don't think he knows what it is.

plume flow: think of it as a "feather" of "stuff" that streaks or travels thru another bunch of "stuff".......kinda like the trail from the jet (Plume) as it flows thru the REST of the air.

:twocents: Dr. Vass was admitting that the SOIL depth, type & consistency CAN effect the FLOW of the GAS FEATHER (PLUME) coming up to the surface.:seeya:

IT"S what scientists call a VARIABLE in the experiment!:rocker:

:waitasec: Gosh it's been so long, but I thought that Cindy's pool used Chlorine-free BAQUACIL pool care system products?

He has no idea and that is why he can't ask an intelligent question that the doc can understand. jmo

this post was not meant for this comment. sorry don't know what happened.

Wasnt there an issue of people writing interesting wiki pages on JB and he kept deleting them? He was going to have it investigated or something? I guess he got Wiki to block it if he doesn't have one now.

  • #757
I will never make it thru this trial without have a nervous breakdown

I want Casey convicted so bad that I can't stand it!!!

  • #758
This is really, really painful.

  • #759
I don't think a trunk by itself is considered anaerobic - usually there is enough oxygen in the trunk that you hear of people being held captive in trunks and climbing out. Low oxygen, definitely.

I don't think Cindy would allow Caylee to swim any pool but her own. This talking head does not know what he's talking about. I never heard of any of ICA's friends having pools either.

Caylee went swimming at least once at the pool at TonE's apt. complex.

However, that doesn't mean I in any way, shape, or form, believe any pool exposure whatsoever resulted in the chloroform found in the trunk. 'Cause I don't. :)
