It seems to me that JB is wearing the good Dr down by his constant badgering and I'm not happy to see this........
Is anyone else worried in general about the outcome of this trial?

JB knows this witness is on his vacation time, and has to go back to work...next Friday and Sat would not be good for this witness. This is all what JB wanted to do was eat up the clock.

Exactly!!! Is there court tomorrow (this Friday)?

OT, my DH is being sort of forced to listen to this hearing as we are sharing the office today. He is NOT a WSer, but was a chemist in a past life. He does not share my interest in all things legal.

He's over there working away on his stuff, and every once in a while will give a little involuntary "Yeah!" or "What the heck is that dude talking about?" as things go along... Hasn't asked me once to turn the hearing down, and asked at one point what JA said because the sound on this computer isn't loud enough...

Slowly, we bring the new WSers into the fold. Slowly, we lure them, and slowly, we secure them....

I'm pretty sure he mostly has. Both with this and with the dogs. He telegraphed it when he was reminding both parties that this was a Frye hearing and what specifically it concerned, during that little explosion between JB and JA. Most of what JB is asking or doing, both with Dr. Vass and with the deputy earlier today HHJP has been mentally filtering out as completely irrelevant. He is listening for very very specific arguments, and I don't think he is hearing them being presented today.

What evidence do you have to back that up? Can you conclusively determine by your testing with a gastrospectrometer pot smoking organic stoner cows do not exist? And did you do quantitative or qualitative tests to determine your findings? Is there any scientist in the US that can validate your science?

My guess is that KC used some of the paper towels from Tony's apartment, where, IIRC, he admitted they all smoked pot. My opinion is that smoke from the pot got into the paper towels, hence the THC in the paper towels.

Ah, ok. Just found it a bit surprising that in and amongst the decomp there would be THC, as if to indicate that the body decomposing contained THC.
