It seems JB has sprung this on the court somewhat. Dr. Vass wrote the Manson Ranch finding in 2008, and the Judge wasn't prepared to go over this nor was Dr. Vass.

There was a recent story that soil samples, at what was I think the old Spaan Ranch used by Manson, revealed possible human remains in the area, so they dug it all up and came out with zilch.

Baez trying to connect the soil samples there and the false positive because both were collected near trash.

Correction: it was the Barker Ranch
