Not sure about anyone else, but this line of questioning is making me incredibly sad. We're talking about the death of a beautiful little girl, and Jose Baez wants to turn the evidence into fabric softener, soiled diapers, and perhaps pizza. How does he sleep at night? Yes, I understand he's there to defend ICA -- but this goes way far beyond the scope of normal/anticipated questioning.

OMG! Baez could actually convince a weaker person (certainly NOT Mr. Vass) to completely abandon his/her profession and move to a deserted island. He is more nerve wracking than my cranky Aunt Minerva.

LKB should be the one doing this. I suppose that's why JB ended up being the one to question Dr. Vass. It's obvious JB doesn't understand most of what Dr. Vass tells him.

Even JB sounds a little tired now sometimes.

I'm not even sure why this questioning is being allowed because the Manson Ranch collection and the trunk of the car collection are apples and oranges IMO. Not the same conditions at all.

JB: purpose of the control sample to see what is in the air. is it generally accepted science control samples in a free flowing air enviornment six weeks later?

Which is probably what he's going for. I think every witness who is scheduled to testify in this case should sit and study Yuri and Forgey's testimonies, and even Dtc. Acevedo's for that matter, on how to conduct oneself while being questioned by a raving lunatic. Listen listen listen, and refuse to buckle to the "so that's a yes" trickery.
