Well I just want KC to get a fair trial so that there are no appellate issues. (as fair as possible with JB as her attorney)

Jose is not doing a very good job in his questioning, however it seems like there is a problem with peer review and Dr. Vaas's methodology - is it generally accepted within the scientific community? I'm not sure from this hearing and I would like to know!!!

I feel for HHJP. His patience is running out.

Not sure about anyone else, but this line of questioning is making me incredibly sad. We're talking about the death of a beautiful little girl, and Jose Baez wants to turn the evidence into fabric softener, soiled diapers, and perhaps pizza. How does he sleep at night? Yes, I understand he's there to defend ICA -- but this goes way far beyond the scope of normal/anticipated questioning.

I know cyberborg, I just want to cry. How can ICA sit there writing like that when they are talking about her daughter. It's not MY daugher and my heart is breaking. How can Jose stand there and say all these things. I don't get it, I don't understand it. Where is the justice for Caylee here? I pray the jury can see through all this (when the day comes) and bring light to this precious angel.
