He already denied the motion. I believe it was on Monday, but may have been as early as last Friday.

It was Friday an he said he would NOT hear anymore motions pertaining to this.

lol, Mason doesn't sound too keen to work on a Saturday, does he?
Gosh, I dunno why, since he took this case for fun - the more days he has to work, more fun, fun, fun.

Waves to DH & fellow WS's. Knew I couldn't stay away.

:seeya: now get back to bed Ms. February, there is nothing to see here

 we need you feeling better for tomorrow

Best line IMO:
CM: I was trying to watch this at 30,000 feet and it was pretty jerky.
JA: It was pretty jerky here, too.

hee :) loved that comment.

I think if I had a client who could be up for the death penalty I wouldn't mind working Saturday but it really seems to bother Mason - remembering how he didn't want to take Amy's depo when her shipped docked on a Saturday.

I wonder if the lack of a paralegal act and no babysitter during sidebar signal that the DT is changing their client-management strategy based on NLB feedback? If so, what a perfect first test for KC, a 15-minute practice run.

I think it's more that CM isn't going to carry paper and crayon case for anyone!

I don't think she can "push" around CM the way she can JB, nor can she manipulate him the way she may be able to do with the women who have come and gone. KWIM?

In Sessions body language expert says she is constantly lying and acting, fake tears, etc......
Good observation :)

Wow it looked like Cindy didn't even TRY to look at Casey as Casey was leaving!

That doesn't surprise me at all. I don't think Cindy attends the hearings to support Casey. IMO she's only there to monitor the State, to make sure they're not saying anything that might reflect badly on Cindy. It's never been for Casey or Caylee. It's all about Cindy.

I agree. He does seem to hate the idea of having to work on Saturday. Now, perhaps Sunday?
Compare his disdain for working weekends to JA stating time and time again that they are prepared to work whenever and as long as it takes to get this done.

who is that one witness that they struck????

Sharon Cadieux, who IIRC was one of the two women involved in the "scuffle" with GA?

Plus I think CM realized this was going to be short and sweet, well, short anyway. CM really did not want to be there. lol

Oh, and, did you not love HHJP's expression about the "two reports" from the experts. Emails. Gotta love it. So important they put it in a email.

I didn't even get a chance to see Cindy, was George there?

That's soo cute!

I was thinking that there are motions left out there too that haven't had a response yet. Just lost track of motions/response's I guess, heck that isn't hard to believe in this case.

Hmm....but really, there isn't a motion out there that is still unanswered? I mean besides the adding new witnesses.

And Casey doesn't acknowledge or look at her family.

This just furthers speculation on her 'coldness'. I can't figure out why she would instructed not to acknowledge or even look at her family. IMHO, it just makes her look 'less human'.

If I had to guess, it is because she would have hate, rage, distaste, disgust on her face which would make her position worse...not to mention it would run on the front page of the Enquirer.

anyone get screen captures of Cindy today?
I missed it when the video went out and didn't get to another LIVE link fast enough ...

I did not see him.
He was probably in the parking garage detailing the judge's car.

I think from the sounds of it, CM and JA knew walking in that this was just going to take a few minutes so it wasn't necessary to crack open a new set of pens and set up the doodle station!
