Totally personal post: how do you handle "evil?" Jose and Casey are working with the dark arts right now, if you believe Casey is guilty of killing her daughter-then we can see where she is coming from, imho a very dark place.

The judge sits in the middle, between the defense and the SA. I get the SA's energy. They are very human. IMHO: JA and LDB are bursting with humanity. I say that as a energy reader and not as a personal opinion of them, although my personal opinion is the same.

IMHO: the defense will lose this case. it will be a long drawn out painful loss...

The seal of the great state of Florida remains-recess.

I had just got done using coconut shampoo and thought to myself, oh poo. :floorlaugh: What's next?

ohhh now i understand it all makes sense now. it was a squirrel wrapped in velveeta cheese!!

I agree. And Furton is no Dr. Vass, however I think the biggest problem is that JB is HORRIBLE at examining an expert witness. Probably because he doesn't have a clue himself!

Just why isn't Sims doing the questioning? Granted, she makes me want to pull my eyelashes out one-by-one also, but I thought this was her area of expertise and the reason she was brought onto the team.

Baez ego?

hey....I object!!....velveeta is fake cheese!!

Does anyone else think that the Judge called a 10 minute recess so he could....

Go back to his office...roll on the floor, kick his legs upward in delight and squeal..... "coconut shampoo???? are they fracking kidding me with this?"

Look for wrinkles in the robe when he returns. :floorlaugh:

Either that, or he got a craving for Velveeta and a coke...

Heck, the way it is going - Sunday too!

KRaft food could easily run a test on the adipocere and show it's not Velveeta. We had a case here where someone actually breaded and deep fried a gerbil and then tried to say it was a rat that came in his Wendy's chicken nuggett order. Wendy's food lab tested it and found the breading was completely different than what they use. And the State found it was a domestic gerbil, not a wild rodent.

Ha! He had to go get his giggle on!

Or, sit down and count to a couple of thousand before he truly looses his temper in the court room!

10 bucks says JA is speed dialing Dr. Vass. How is he supposed to cross on half of this stuff? He hasn't had the opportunity to discuss with his expert or read any of it. God Bless JA and I know he'll pull thorough.

JA's frustration at having the defense misrepresent certain facts, must be like the frustration that LE experienced with ICA during the initial hours of the search for Caylee.
You just don't expect it, and never to the level that it has been taken.

I can see it now, he will come with a pocket full of $100.00 bills just so he can blow off some steam. I would anyway, I would send him $100.00 just so he could have one moment to vent. This trial hasn't even started yet and Baez is showing how dirty he wants to play. I say everyone pray for the prosecution to have patients with all of the shenanigans that will be coming out at trial. :banghead:

Wow, I think I understand the strategy...I believe someone else already stated it...

But I think they are going to just go around the mulberry bush enough times to confuse everybody...with the science part...

but we still have:

31 days
lies
ugly coping
Caylee's remains
and a mommy dearest that is more concerned about her hair than the discrimination of her sweet baby.

The jury, even if they do not understand the gibberish that JB is putting out ... will understand the above.

He's tweeting his comments before he forgets. And texting JS.

Even IF Jose got the air sample thrown out he still has to deal with her written statement, lying to everyone, behaviors, etc. He is not going to win.

Thanks for the link that was posted a few pages back. I didn't see Cynthia Marie's testimony earlier and watched it just now. She seemed embarrassed and reluctant to admit that she was Casey's mother but shot ICA a pleasant glance when she left the stand.

I hope CA gets reined-in during the trial as she has a tendency to interject to much personal information into her testimony. jmo

She will, IMO-JB has already had to tell her to KISS.

The state might let her ramble cause with her and GA, you never know what pleasant little surprises will make their way out of her piehole. She's great at spewing a bit too much.

Why is it that I can't help but wonder if she is remembering the pain she had in her shoulder when she tossed poor baby Caylee in the woods. She looks so evil.
