Re: JA trusting too much--this goes to his reputation too. Through all of this the SA has acted in a sterling manner, and it serves only to highlight the contrast between those who do the right thing and... well... the DT for example. I do the same thing, personally and professionally, in giving people too much benefit of the doubt. But I've found that though the high road might take longer and involve a bit more hassle, I've never regretted taking it. Hopefully neither will JA.

This Furton guy is knocking down Dr. Vass' procedures and I believe I heard Baez claim, he went off the procedure....JA will probably call Dr. Vass back to testify, he needs to clear up this Furton and clean the courtroom with him...

JA is very passionate as his emotions show. He appears to be trusting of other attorneys and take them at their words..I guess he just learned a new lesson and should never believe Baez will be forthcoming and honest..He appears very sneaky, snakey and in the end, it won't make a bit of difference for ICA will be in the hot seat and no amount of appeals will change it..This is why His Honor gives much to the defense, at aleast today it appears this way with most of JA's objections overruled....

The only good thing that can happen after this trial is said and done, that Baez comes under fire and won't be unfounded this time around....justice for Caylee is imperative and will happen, with these fine SA's at her side...JMHO

The jury, even if they do not understand the gibberish that JB is putting out ... will understand the above.

So much more, this stuff we are hearing today from this guy will put the jury to sleep and/or day dream of what they could be doing at that moment.

The state might let her ramble cause with her and GA, you never know what pleasant little surprises will make their way out of her piehole. She's great at spewing a bit too much.

Weekend experiment:

Capture squirrell.
Wash squirrel fur in coconut milk shampoo.
Dip squirrell in velveeta cheese.
Douse squirrel with coke.
Feed squirrel a hamburger.
Wrap squirrel in dryer sheets.
Do a sniff test with hubby and stepdaughter and see if it smells anything like decomp.

Why is it that I can't help but wonder if she is remembering the pain she had in her shoulder when she tossed poor baby Caylee in the woods. She looks so evil.

OMG! I saw that same exact look on my DDs face when I told her to shut the facebook and do her homework last night. She's 14.

We must try to remember that this is just a FRYE hearing.

HHJBP can 'allow' the defense team plenty of latitude to present it's arguments and to avoid appellate issues.

The bigger picture is - the judge has the DT's number, he has witnessed the lack of professional courtesy and their slightly devious tactics.

The ONLY ruling that counts in this matter is the final one, where HHJBP allows or disallows this evidence.
My guess is, we are just keeping up appearances here, and the testimony/evidence will be coming in.

JA will have plenty of time to speak with Dr Vass to impeach/discredit this witness before trial.
