I know, this is what I am thinking. If dryer sheets had any kind of relevance, the numbers Vass pulled should mean I could take a deep whiff of my box of dryer sheets and pass out in the laundry room. I would also guess people passing the dryer sheet part of the aisle in a store would at least feel woozy. There should also be a warning on the box.

I was reading the Vass depo thread and someone quoted the very last question which was are you 100% sure dryer sheets do not have chloroform and he said common sense would tell him they don't make dryer sheets with a known carcinogen.

Can't help but notice that KC has been provided with yellow legal pad and pen but NO documents to review for "notes"....instead, she appears to be TRYING to appear as if she is paying attention to testifying witness in order to take notes...

which makes me wonder even more....does DT read here and realized the "doc review" scenario was not being bought by us??!!!

Have you ever broken up with a guy when you were young, then you go to a party or a bar and he is there with someone else? Wow Cindy - there's this amazing thing called "Google" and if you type in "MSDS Febreeze" lookee what ya get, 1st hit. And dont tell me Cindy doesnt know what a MSDS sheet is - she worked in a healthcare office. Every single chemical product in a healthcare office MUST have MSDS data sheets - required by OSHA.

Maybe they just found out that a dryer sheet was stuck to the back end of someones pants all day (darn static cling) and the just inadvertently provided dryer sheets are safe for daily usage....foiled again!
