I think Ann Finnell. She's probably thinking she wants out of this freak show! Plus she seems the most normal and prepared of the bunch. Sing the Sesame Street song with me! "Which one of these things is not like the other ones??"

ITA. I've noticed ICA ignores, actually snubs is a better descriptor, AF. IMO it's because she's the one bringing in the psychiatrists.

RHornsby just answered a comment on his blog that "100 to 1 it is Dorothy Sims." Richard's got a good track record for his opinions coming to pass.

Although I'd much rather it be CM, I can certainly see her leaving. After the way JB dismissed her in court the other day, I would expect her to walk away. JB was so rude! JMO

...and the original attorney did file for withdrawal, right? I am so confused as to who it could be...I'm still leaning toward DS, but she wasn't appointed...unless they mean by Casey.

Yes, way back. (Found it under the original case #.)

MOTION TO WITHDRAW FILED PD

2 for me please (thanks to JSR :) ) - who's going to run the book?

I bet 14 cents and a ham sandwich that it's C Mason.:floorlaugh:

(ETA Just to keep the record straight, that's only virtual 14 cents and sandwich, and I was coerced and held over a barrel when I made that bet and have absolutely NO intention of honouring that wager.)

And since she did such a credible job (NOT) on the stand, she's replacing herself with Cindy?

Well Cindy did look so convincing in her glasses taking notes the week before last, in her 'interview' while in the gallery. :floorlaugh:

Isn't it scary to think of Baez alone at the defense table?

He already has a replacement.
We should have figured this out when we heard about her a week or so ago.
Jennifer Barringer from New York has joined the defense on a consulting basis according to In Session.

Ok.. Let's seriously number the possibilites:

JB is not death penatly qualified..... so it could be him but I doubt it..

1. D. Simms
2. C. Mason
3. A. Finnell

I really doubt it would be anyone but Simms? :dunno:

So we went from the FAB 5:

Jose Baez
Cheney Mason
Linda Kenny Baden
Dorothy Sims
Ann Finnell

To the FAB 4

Jose Baez
Cheney Mason
Dorothy Sims
Ann Finnell

To now the FAB 3?

Jose Baez
Dorothy Sims
Ann Finnell

My bet is on CM. I think he's had enuf.

MOO

MAYBE... the Bar has finally had enough of JB's BS and they demanded him to step away from the "plate".

---------------------

I agree it may well be DS. Wasnt it Logan who LDB. said had learned from the internet as anyone could? Dorothy said she learned from watching things grow.( I'm avoiding a long post) in Fla. while at her grandparents home? I doubt that will be accepted. On the other hand B. is the one who loves to file late.

At any rate "So Long Its Been Good To Know You". :seeya::seeya:

P.S. I am on the wall over C.M. I think he seriously thinks this "case" may ruin his reputation.A.F. is also DP..if only B. would quit the bS and learn from it.

Whoa...even they thought of the original attorney...but they're wrong, right BChand? Interesting how they point out the other motions to withdraw actually had the attorneys' names on the motions.

Yep, Jose came on the case quickly (somehow) and the public defender definitely got out.

Well Hornsby's odd are 100-1 for DS - so you might have to trudge over to Blog, blawg, etc. with your virtual $14.00 and one ham sandwich that has been left out on the kitchen counter overnight...:floorlaugh:
