2011.04.04 Motion Defendant's: For Withdrawal of Appointed Counsel

If ICA asked her to leave, HHJP can't deny it, IMO...I'll tell ya'...ICA better be careful who she kicks off the "dreaming team" ain't gonna be no one left standing LOL
I think ICA does whatever Baez says. I doubt ICA has asked anyone to leave on her own accord.

I bet 14 cents and a ham sandwich that it's C Mason.:floorlaugh:

(ETA Just to keep the record straight, that's only virtual 14 cents and sandwich, and I was coerced and held over a barrel when I made that bet and have absolutely NO intention of honouring that wager.)

lol - Very funny! :floorlaugh:

And she'll be appointed a public defender (which anything would be better than JB). Unless Mr. Hornsby wants to take a swing at Casey's case? Mr. Hornsby? Would you jump on board? Would you even entertain the idea of working with (actually for) Jose Baez?

I don't think Casey likes DCS or AF at all. She has snubbed them both as they were sitting beside her.

I saw the look that Casey gave to AF when she was wanting reports to be let in and promised to get them to the State. She also told the State that she would provide them with the reports that weekend or at least by Monday. Casey seemed to be livid when AF was talking about the reports. AF did say that it was not 'diminished capacity' because the State would have wanted to do depositions if that were the case.

I am betting that that the attorney to withdraw is really AF although I would love for it to be CM.

Wasn't AF appointed for the Guilt Phase? CM was not appointed, and I do not think DCS was either.

AF is my bet.

JMO

Maybe she wants her new "boyyyyyyy-friend" who sits and talks to her to be her newly appointed attorney?

Me thinks that it is Cheney Mason though. He really is not the type to hold back and I think he may have laid it all out there for Casey to hear. "Look girl... you're going to be found guilty. We need to get a plea deal or this is going to get really bad!" Casey doesn't seem like the type of girl who would take too kindly to someone telling her how HER trial is going to end up! She wants a MISTRIAL!!

I'm sticking with Cheney Mason!

I don't she has a choice about Cheney Mason. He's the only one death qualified isn't he?

ITA. I've noticed ICA ignores, actually snubs is a better descriptor, AF. IMO it's because she's the one bringing in the psychiatrists.

IMO, that, plus she is a female (already a negative for KC) who KC cannot "dominate" or "out-sex". IOW, AF has a whole other set of priorities than KC does. Look at that middle school mess on video with KC and JB playing around with the camera person, and CM doing his best to "play along" while physically distancing himself. AF would have had none of that sort of childishness.

If KC snubs AF, it's because KC innately understands that AF does not buy into the only currency KC knows, which is flirtation and sexual dominance.

Oh dear toss up between my most favourite Floridian lawyer (Horndog) and my most favourite Federal lawyer (JSR) hmm, Sims/Mason, Sims/Mason?

Gut instinct - Sims, as I said earlier
Logical thinking - Mason, with help from JSR

I know I'm hedging here.

Paintr's 14 (virtual) cents is safe - Mason doesn't believe in paying bets

If Mason stays I solemnly promise to buy him a bigger umbrella.

Ann Finnell is death qualified too.

I thought so since she is working mitigation. Then I would have to go with DS or Cheney Mason. Mostly I would go with DS. Frye Hearings are about to be over with and she won't have anything to do.

If Mason stays I solemnly promise to buy him a bigger umbrella.
That would make JB's pocket square look too small when they are walking from the courthouse together.
Why not just buy him some spare hearing aid batteries, at least enough to get him thru trial.

No, AF is...I wonder if Barringer is? I best go check again...:truce:

Anyone have an online link to KC visitor log? Wonder if anyone visited her today, to say goodbye? Is that online or does that have to be bought to?

Maybe we should all take a Tylenol PM and find out in the morning? Heck, I think I would need far more than one to sleep ------- ugggggggh!

  • #335
If I remember correctly, this new lawyer that may come on board is blonde and a looker.....not sure how ICA would feel about that, lol. Assuming it is the one that Insessions interviewed and stated she was thinking about joining or consulting or something like that.

the WORK purse and Fabreze story is more than I can take

No Doubt!! The Work Bag that KC used for work....I really wish they'd get off that work crap because we ALL know the girl didn't work!! Well, at least not in the sense we think of work anyway...it just burns me to hear them talk about KC working as if she really did have a job at Universal....it's so insulting!! :banghead:

C'est correct :) I just don't think she's smart enough to fire him. I do believe JB may have encouraged her to fire a DP qualified member of the team though as a trial delay tactic??
My gut says it's DCS. My heart wants it to be AF.
I wonder what they think in the forensic astrology thread?
Please be JB!!!!!!! I have to admit as addicted to the case as I am, I can't watch him play lawyer and did the audio of him only for the Frye hearings. That was painful too. :banghead:

I do believe this could be a stall tactic. While JB can't just up and quit, he can petition the court for hardship. Oh, I'm not getting enough money, I'm losing all my homes, my practice is going under because I have to work on this case 24/7. I'm not DP qualified.

Please Your Honour - please find another attorney who is DP qualified to handle this case. I can bring him/her up to speed in 10 minutes with my Febreeze and dryer sheets theory. Or Chaney can just handle the whole darn thing!

And there's Your Honour, his poor leg bouncing up and down. I bet his pencil cup would even fall over.

I'll throw in .15 cents and a Subway!

MOO
