The only thing I don't get is that Baez wasn't appointed, so what is that about?

Wow. Sounds like ICA has finally figured out that this isn't junior high study hall, and her life is on the line. Sounds like she quit doodling long enough to actually listen to what was going on and realized Baez's competency level.

ETA: If wesh has jumped the gun and this isn't true...well...it's a little bit like Santa saying he's bringing you a bike and leaving you socks instead.

It was probably a plan for awhile to delay the trial. I hope this late that the judge says no. Can they let him go and make her take a court appointed attorney?

Has this been confirmed it is JB? From the wesh site it doesn't say who is going.
